Jeste li svjesni negativnih posljedica koje stres ima na na\u0161e tijelo i zdravlje?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stres je gotovo neizbje\u017ena posljedica odraslog \u017eivota. Svakodnevni poslovni zadaci, odgajanje djece, obiteljske obveze &#8211; sve su to situacije koje \u0107e donijeti ve\u0107u ili manju koli\u010dinu stresa. Dok se za <strong>kratkotrajni stres<\/strong> tvrdi da je zapravo dobar i poticajan za organizam, dugotrajne i jako stresne situacije negativno djeluju na tijelo i \u010dine nas podlo\u017enijima zdravstvenim tegobama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Napetost\">\u0160ta je stres<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Stresna je situacija svaka koja zahtijeva prilagodbu organizma. Stresori poti\u010du razli\u010ditu reakciju u svakom pojedincu, ali i op\u0161tu stresnu reakciju primjerenu svima. \u010covjek reagira borbom, bijegom ili imobilizacijom (umrtvljenjem).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stres i zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evo kako tijelo reagira na pove\u0107anu koli\u010dinu stresa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nervni sistem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada smo<strong> pod stresom<\/strong>, simpati\u010dki nervni sistem stimulira nadbubre\u017enu \u017elijezdu, koja onda proizvodi hormone epinefrin (adrenalin) i kortizol. Konstantno visoku razinu ovih hormona mo\u017ee utjecati na pam\u0107enje i sposobnost u\u010denja i pove\u0107ati sklonost ka depresivnim raspolo\u017eenjima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Respiratorni sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U trenucima visokog stresa mo\u017eda \u0107ete primijetiti kratko\u0107u daha, ubrzano disanje, a kod nekih osoba \u010dak dolazi i do hiperventilacije. Ako se stresne situacije nastave, di\u0161ni sistem je pod sve ve\u0107im naporom, pa mo\u017eete postati podlo\u017eniji infekcijama gornjih di\u0161nih putova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kardiovaskularni sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada smo izlo\u017eeni akutnom stresu na\u0161e tijelo trenutno reagira ubrzanim otkucajima srca, a krvni prtisak raste. Dugoro\u010dni stres, s druge strane, mo\u017ee dovesti do su\u017eavanja arterija i povi\u0161ene razine kolesterola &#8211; samim tim raste rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/znakovi-za-srcani-udar\/\"><strong>sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reproduktivni sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stres mo\u017ee utjecati na du\u017ei ili kra\u0107i menstrualni ciklus, odnosno na bolnije menstruacije. Visoka razina stresa pove\u0107ava rizik od nastanka bakterijske vaginoze, a stres tokom trudno\u0107e mo\u017ee dovesti do ve\u0107eg rizika od pojave alergija ili astme kasnije u \u017eivotu djeteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Imunolo\u0161ki sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U malim koli\u010dinama stres mo\u017ee djelovati poticajno na na\u0161 imunitet i tada poma\u017ee organizmu u borbi protiv infekcija. Me\u0111utim, dugotrajni stres usporava proces izlje\u010denja i \u010dini nas podlo\u017enim infekcijama, tako\u0111er pogor\u0161ava ko\u017ena oboljenja poput akni i ekcema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ljudska probava<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekstremni stres mo\u017ee uzrokovati probavne smetnje, mu\u010dninu i plinove i stimulirati mi\u0161i\u0107e crijeva tako da uzrokuje dijareju ili zatvor.
