Njome mo\u017eemo o\u010duvati i oja\u010dati zdravlje, posti\u0107i \u017eeljenu tjelesni masu, osje\u0107ati se bolje i ja\u010de, pobolj\u0161ati izgled svoje ko\u017ee, kose, tena na licu. Interes za zdravom prehranom je sve ve\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok se jedni \u017eele samo zdravo hraniti, drugi pribjegavaju vegetarijanstvu ili makrobioti\u010dkoj prehrani. Tisak i drugi izvori informacija su prepuni savjeta za zdravu prehranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovdje ih ne \u017eelim ponavljati, nego iznijeti ne\u0161to \u0161to se rijetko nagla\u0161ava a stoji u osnovi zdrave prehrane, to su njene zakonitosti. Zakonitosti ili su\u0161tinska pravila zdrave prehrane su: raznovrsnost, umjerenost i&nbsp;kvaliteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilo koja strategija zdrave prehrane ili dijete bazirana je upravo na ova tri zakona. Raznovrsnost prehrane podrazumijeva uno\u0161enje svih organizmu neophodnih sastojaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A to su ugljikohidrati, masti, bjelan\u010devine, minerali i elementi u tragovima, vitamini, balastne tvari i voda. Svaka ona dijeta koja ne po\u0161tuje ovu zakonitost dugoro\u010dno je \u0161tetna za zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjerenost prehrane se odnosi na uno\u0161enje u organizma odgovaraju\u0107ih, niti prevelikih niti premalih koli\u010dina pojedinih hranjivih sastojaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvaliteta prehrane se ogleda u odabiru onih namjernica koje imaju ve\u0107u biolo\u0161ku vrijednost, ve\u0107u raznolikost hranjivih tvari, ve\u0107u svje\u017einu i manju zaga\u0111enost pesticidima i sl. Uglavnom u kvalitetniji odabir namjernica spadaju vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, \u017eitarice integralnog sastava (cijelo zrno), meso ribe i peradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nekvalitetne namjernice su bijeli \u0161e\u0107er i bijelo bra\u0161no, meso svinja i masno gove\u0111e meso, gazirani sokovi i grickalice itd. Tako\u0111er kvaliteta prehrane se ogleda u odr\u017eavanju odgovaraju\u0107eg omjera ugljikohidrata (55-65%), masti (20-25%) i bjelan\u010devina (15-20%).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zdrava prehrana je va\u017ena iz vi\u0161e razloga.
