{"id":10523,"date":"2013-12-21T16:31:01","date_gmt":"2013-12-21T15:31:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=10523"},"modified":"2023-12-02T14:55:03","modified_gmt":"2023-12-02T13:55:03","slug":"dobra-hrana-za-um-i-raspolozenje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/dobra-hrana-za-um-i-raspolozenje\/","title":{"rendered":"Dobra hrana za um i raspolo\u017eenje"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poznato je kako hrana ima veliki uticaj na op\u0161te zdravstveno stanje na\u0161eg organizma, ali jesmo li razmi\u0161ljali kako se upravo u prehrani kriju prijatelji, ali i neprijatelji na\u0161ih mo\u017edanih stanica?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedemo prekomjerne koli\u010dine \u0161e\u0107era \u010dime razinu glukoze podi\u017eemo daleko iznad i izvan svih na\u0161ih potreba. Istovremeno, \u010desto preska\u010demo obroke vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a, koji bi mogli spasiti na\u0161e stanice od prijevremene smrti. Uz to se hranimo kalori\u010dnom hranom, a zbog premalo fizi\u010dke aktivnosti sve te unesene kalorije ni ne sti\u017eemo potro\u0161iti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dnevna prehrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesrazmjer potreba na\u0161eg mozga sa odre\u0111enim prehrambenim <strong>namirnicama i hrane<\/strong> koju mi konzumiramo, svakim je danom u sve ve\u010dem neskladu. Za\u0161to je tako? Ne zato \u0161to su se na\u0161i geni zna\u010dajno promjenili od nastanka \u010dovjeka, ve\u0107 je u posljednjih 50 godina zna\u010dajno promjenjena na\u0161a prehrana. Nije zato \u010dudo \u0161to na\u0161 mozak ne funkcioni\u0161e ba\u0161 najbolje stvaraju\u0107i nenormalna stanja depresije, psihoze, opadanja pam\u0107enja, sni\u017eene inteligencije i demencije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta jesti?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namirnice koje je po\u017eeljno konzumirati u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama jesu:<br><strong>Vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e<\/strong> te orasi i mahunarke u iskonskoj prehrani bili su zaslu\u017eni za 65 posto dnevnog kalorijskog unosa i unos oko 100 g vlakana dnevno, \u0161to je oko 10 puta vi\u0161e od na\u0161eg dana\u0161njeg dnevnog unosa.<br>Puno morske hrane daje pravilnu ravnote\u017eu omega \u2013 6 masnih kiselina i za mozak vrlo poticajnih omega \u2013 3 masnih kiselina.<br>Meso, i na\u0161i su se preci hranili divlja\u010di kao \u0161to to mi \u010dinimo danas. Ipak, tada\u0161nja je divlja\u010d imala svega 4,3 posto masti, za razliku od 25 do 30 posto koju danas sadr\u017ei ve\u0107ina mesa. Jedite perad bez ko\u017ee.<br><strong>Orasi i mahunarke<\/strong>, danas jedemo ve\u0107inom konzervisanu hranu koja sadr\u017ei visok postotak natrija, \u0161to se nikako ne mo\u017ee poistovjetiti sa drevnom prehranom. Da bi se izbjegao visok postotak natrija potrebno je li\u010dno praviti proizvode bez dodatka soli , dobro isprati konzervisane mahunarke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mlijeko i mlije\u010dni proizvodi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161i preci, mlijeko nisu poznavali. Neki doktori vjeruju kako mlijeko uveliko mo\u017ee poremetiti funkcionisanje na\u0161eg organizma tako \u0161to mu dodaje veliki teret zasi\u0107enih masti i neprimjerenih kiselina. Mlijeko ipak nije \u0161tetno ako se konzumira u umjerenim koli\u010dinama. Kravlje mlijeko je \u010dest uzrok alergija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jeste li znali<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako ga ve\u0107inom spominju u negativnom kontekstu kao neprijatelj arterija, <strong>\u017eumanjak jajeta<\/strong> jedan je od najpouzdanijih izvora holina koji je naro\u010dito potreban mo\u017edanim stanicama. U \u017eumanjku jajeta najbolji izvor holina je kikiriki, ljuska \u017eitarica, meso, riba, mlijeko, sir i povr\u0107e i pomalo brokula, karfiol i kupus.
