{"id":10529,"date":"2020-08-30T08:25:02","date_gmt":"2020-08-30T07:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=10529"},"modified":"2020-08-29T21:46:52","modified_gmt":"2020-08-29T20:46:52","slug":"bubrezi-zdravlje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/bubrezi-zdravlje\/","title":{"rendered":"Osam navika koje mogu uni\u0161titi va\u0161e bubrege"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Bubrezi<\/strong>\u00a0su jedni od vitalnih organa u na\u0161em tijelu, a njihova pravilna funkcija jako je va\u017ena za cjelokupno\u00a0<strong>zdravlje<\/strong>\u00a0na\u0161eg organizma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako su jako va\u017eni, mnogi o njima ne vode previ\u0161e ra\u010duna, pa godi\u0161nje milijuni umiru od bolesti bubrega. Donosimo popis stvari koje treba izbjegavati ako \u017eelite da vam bubrezi i zdravlje ostanu u dobrom stanju.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To su organi koji oblikom nalikuju na grah, a veli\u010dine su \u0161ake. Ovi organi sofisticirane su jedinice za procesiranje najrazli\u010ditijih tvari, a zadatak im je odr\u017eavanje krvi \u010distom i kemijski uravnote\u017eenom. Bubrezi procesiraju krv te odvajaju otpadne tvar i vodu. Otpadne tvari i voda \u010dine sastavni dio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/boja-urina\/\"><strong>urina <\/strong><\/a>koji se zadr\u017eava u mokra\u0107nom mjehuru prije eliminacije iz organizma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bubrezi i zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premalo vode<\/strong> &#8211; Ako ne pijete dovoljno vode, to mo\u017ee biti jedan od najzna\u010dajnijih faktora o\u0161te\u0107enja bubrega jer se doga\u0111a svakodnevno. Glavni je zadatak bubrega da izlu\u010duju metaboli\u010dki otpad iz tijela i reguliraju ravnote\u017eu elektrolita. Ako tijelo nije na pravi na\u010din hidratizirano, smanjuje se protok krvi, \u0161to u kona\u010dnici rezultira nakupljanjem toksina u krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pun mjehur<\/strong> &#8211; Mnogi od nas imaju naviku odga\u0111ati odlazak na zahod. Ako je mjehur du\u017ee vrijeme pun urina, mo\u017ee do\u0107i do raznih komplikacija u urinarnom traktu. Hipertrofija mi\u0161i\u0107a je jedna od komplikacija koja mo\u017ee dovesti do divertikulitisa (stvaranje rupe ili vodenog mjehuri\u0107a u tijelu). Hidronefroza (pove\u0107anje pritiska urina u bubrezima) druga je komplikacija do koje dolazi zbog kroni\u010dnog pritiska na stra\u017enju stranu bubrega. Inkontinencija je tako\u0111er jedna od ozbiljnih posljedica dugotrajnog odga\u0111anja pra\u017enjenja mjehura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Previ\u0161e natrija<\/strong> &#8211; Prera\u0111ivanje natrija jo\u0161 je jedan zadatak koji obavljaju bubrezi. Sol je osnovni izvor natrija, a ve\u0107ina natrija treba biti izlu\u010dena iz tijela. Kad jedemo jako slanu hranu, bubrezi su jako optere\u0107eni jer moraju izlu\u010diti veliku koli\u010dinu natrija, a to dugoro\u010dno mo\u017ee biti naporno za bubrege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Previ\u0161e kofeina<\/strong> &#8211; Kad smo \u017eedni, \u010desto ne posegnemo za vodom, nego za sokovima i gaziranim pi\u0107ima. Mnogi od tih napitaka sadr\u017ee<strong> <\/strong>kofein. Kofein mo\u017ee podi\u0107i krvni tlak, a visok krvni tlak vr\u0161i pritisak na bubrege i mo\u017ee ih o\u0161tetiti. Prema standardima Klinike Mayo, ve\u0107ina zdravih odraslih osoba mo\u017ee popiti dvije do \u010detiri \u0161alice kave dnevno bez da ugrozi svoje bubrege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tablete protiv bolova<\/strong> &#8211; Uzimanje tableta protiv bolova i kod manjih smetnji lo\u0161a je navika ve\u0107ine ljudi. Ve\u0107ina tableta protiv bolova ima opasne popratne nuspojave, mo\u017ee o\u0161tetiti razne organe, pa tako i bubrege. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da dugotrajno uzimanje <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Analgetik\"><strong>tableta protiv bolova<\/strong><\/a> smanjuje protok krvi i tako umanjuje funkciju bubrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo\u0161a hrana za bubrege<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Previ\u0161e proteina<\/strong> &#8211; Previ\u0161e crvenog mesa i druge hrane bogate proteinima mo\u017ee dodatno pogor\u0161ati stanje ve\u0107 o\u0161te\u0107enih bubrega. Hrana bogata proteinima u osnovi je zdrava, ali ne ako imate o\u0161te\u0107ene bubrege i doktor vam je savjetovao manji unos proteina. Previ\u0161e proteina optere\u0107uje bubrege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ignoriranje gripe i prehlade <\/strong>&#8211; Ignoriranje obi\u010dne prehlade i gripe mo\u017ee dovesti do o\u0161te\u0107enja bubrega. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da ljudi s oboljenjem bubrega tako\u0111er imaju naviku izbjegavati odmor kad su bolesni. Utvr\u0111eno je i da su ljudi s bolesti bubrega osjetljiviji na promjene vremena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Previ\u0161e alkohola<\/strong> &#8211; Kad pijemo alkohol, \u010desto ne vodimo ra\u010duna koja je koli\u010dina primjerena za dobro zdravlje. Navika ispijanja prevelikih koli\u010dina alkohola dovodi do o\u0161te\u0107enja bubrega.
