Me\u0111utim, ne smijemo zaboraviti da u uspje\u0161noj dijeti moramo prije svega smanjiti ukupnu energetsku vrijednost namirnica koje jedemo, a ne samo masno\u0107e ili neke druge sastojke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da je sir, kao i drugi mlije\u010dni proizvodi, veoma bogat bjelan\u010devinama koje ubrzavaju na\u0161 metabolizam, daju nam energiju, te na taj na\u010din poma\u017eu da se \u0161to br\u017ee tokom jela zasitimo. Bjelan\u010devine iz sira su \u017eivotinjskog porijekla, te na taj na\u010din na\u0161em organizmu osiguravamo i neophodne aminokiseline koje on samo ne mo\u017ee proizvesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sir za mr\u0161avljenje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova studija je, tako\u0111er, pokazala da kada poku\u0161avate izgubiti na te\u017eini, mo\u017eete imati koristi od pove\u0107anog unosa mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, samo ako smanjite ukupnu energetsku vrijednost hrane koju jedete.
