Smanjite unos \u0161e\u0107era i slatkih namirnica. Mo\u017eda vam se to \u010dini kao nemogo\u0107e i prevelik napor, ali \u0107e se zasigurno isplatititi. Na\u0161 prijedlog je da za po\u010detak zamjenite \u0161e\u0107er, kao zasla\u0111iva\u010d, sa medom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Obavezno izbjegavajte umjetne zasla\u0111iva\u010de. Nau\u010dnici su dokazali kako umjetna sladila, zapravo poti\u010du apetit. Osim toga, ona mogu dodatno opteretiti jetru i ote\u017eati mr\u0161anje. Ako ste u prilici da izaberete originalan proizvod ili njegovu niskokalori\u010dnu varijantu, odaberite svakako originalan proizvod, \u010dak iako sadr\u017ei \u0161e\u0107er, ali u malim koli\u010dinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Va\u017eno je jesti sporije, temeljno \u017evakati, te na taj na\u010din sprije\u010diti prejedanje i stvoriti osje\u0107aj sitosti prije nego \u0161to do\u0111ete do onog stadija u kojem ste ve\u0107 previ\u0161e pojeli. Preporu\u010duje se da uvijek jedete sjede\u0107i, jer obrok na brzinu dok stojite, biti \u0107e veliki napor za probavu, a i obrok \u0107e vjerovatnije biti manje hranjiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Izbjegavajte gotovu i polugotovu hranu. Takva hrana mo\u017ee u\u0161tedjeti vrijeme, ali je manje hranjiva i znatno skuplja.
