{"id":10838,"date":"2020-06-29T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-29T09:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=10838"},"modified":"2023-01-30T18:59:46","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T17:59:46","slug":"vitamin-d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/vitamin-d\/","title":{"rendered":"Sve tajne vitamina D"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vitamin D<\/strong>, zajedno sa vitaminom A, E i K, spada u liposolubilne, odnosno vitamine koje su topivi u mastima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za razliku od onih koji su topivi u vodi kao \u0161to je vitamin C, velika <strong>koli\u010dina D vitamina<\/strong> mo\u017ee uzrokovati i odre\u0111ene tegobe u na\u0161em organizmu, pa sa njegovim doziranjem kao dodatkom prehrani, treba uvijek biti pa\u017eljiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dnevna doza<\/strong> koja je preporu\u010dena iznosi 200 do 400 IU, odnosno jedna do dvije kapi a sve manje nema nikakvog u\u010dinka. Samo 10 % potreba za vitaminom D mo\u017eemo osigurati hranom. Odli\u010dan izvor je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/riblje-ulje-kao-lijek\/\"><strong>riblje ulje<\/strong><\/a>, punomasno mlijeko i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/zumance-kao-lijek\/\"><strong>\u017eumance jajeta<\/strong><\/a>. Zanimljivo je da najve\u0107u koli\u010dinu ovog neophodnog vitamina mo\u017eemo osigurati sun\u010danjem. Ukoliko samo dva puta sedmi\u010dno budemo izlagali lice ili ruke sun\u010devim zrakama dobiti \u0107emo \u010dak 100 puta vi\u0161e ovog vitamina nego \u0161to mo\u017eemo unijeti hranom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamin d ljekovitost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vjerovatno svi ovaj <strong>vitamin<\/strong> povezujemo sa kostima, odnosno prevencijom rahitisa kod djece, i osteoporoze kod starijih. Me\u0111utim, najnovija istra\u017eivanja govore o potpuno novim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/vitamin-d-za-sta-je-dobar\/\"><strong>zdravstvenim koristima vitamina D<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sna\u017ean imunitet<\/strong> &#8211; Uloga vitamina D na imunitet iznenadila je sve istra\u017eiva\u010de. Prozvali su ga \u010dak i \u010dudesni vitamin. Naime, dokazano je da on dok cirkuli\u0161e na\u0161im krvnim sudovima \u0161alje signale za uzbunu okolnim \u0107elijama upozoravaju\u0107i ih na prisutne bakterije ili viruse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smanjuje visoki pritisak<\/strong> &#8211; S obzirom da krvni pritisak s godinam lagano raste, preventivna uloga vitamina D posebno se preporu\u010duje \u017eenama pred kraj reproduktivnog razdoblja. Uz to ovaj vitamin \u0107e minimalizirati i mogu\u0107nost nastanka osteoporoze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uvijek mlad mozak<\/strong> &#8211; Istra\u017eivanjem je dokazano da <strong>vitamin D<\/strong> smanjuje propadanje mo\u017edanih funkcija kod starijih osoba. Testiranjem inteligencije na 3000 ljudi, dokazano je da su oni sa ve\u0107om razinom ovog vitamina imali znatno bolje rezultate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Umanjuje bol<\/strong> &#8211; Otkriveno je da ve\u0107 i sasvim mali <strong>nedostatak vitamina D<\/strong> u na\u0161em organizmu utje\u010de na poja\u010danje intenziteta boli. Tako da uzimanjem dovoljne koli\u010dine ovog vitamina mo\u017eemo smanjiti, a mo\u017eda \u010dak i sprije\u010diti nastanak dugotrajne boli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sprje\u010dava rak dojke<\/strong> &#8211; Nutricionisti su dokazali da pove\u0107ano uzimanje vitamina D smanjuje rizik od nastanka raka dojke. \u017dene koje su ve\u0107 oboljele od ove zlo\u0107udne bolesti, ukoliko tokom standardne terapije uzimaju veoma malo vitamina D, imaju slabu \u0161ansu za izlije\u010denje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smanjuje rizik od tumora prostate i debelog crijeva<\/strong> &#8211; Lije\u010dnici za ovaj vitamin ka\u017eu da \u010duva mu\u0161ko zdravlje. Naime, vi\u0161e studija dokazalo je da uzimanje preporu\u010dene dnevne doze vitamina D zajedno sa zdravom hranom i 10-minutnim izlaganjem suncu mo\u017ee \u010dak za 75% smanjiti rizik od tumora prostate i debelog crijeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/vitamin-e-za-sta-je-dobar\/\"><strong>\u0160ta je vitamin E i koje su njegove koristi za zdravlje<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamin D u hrani<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najbogatiji prirodni izvor vitamina D u hrani su ulja jetre <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bakalar\"><strong>bakalara<\/strong><\/a> i drugih masnih riba. Hrana bogata vitaminom D obuhva\u0107a ribu (tuna, srdele, sku\u0161a, bakalar, haringa, losos), rakove i plodove mora. Neke vrste gljiva, kvasac, gove\u0111u jetru i \u017eumanjak jajeta.
