Vitamin C je bitan za normalno funkcioniranje ljudskog tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudsko tijelo nije u mogu\u0107nosti samo proizvesti vitamin C te je zato bitno da ga se kroz uzimanje suplemenata i konzumaciju hrane bogate tim vitaminom nadoknadi. Budu\u0107i da tijelo vrlo brzo apsorbira vitamin C, te on u vrlo kratkom vremenu nestaje iz tijela, bitno je redovno, na dnevnoj bazi konzumirati hranu bogatu C vitaminima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamin C<\/strong> prvenstveno \u0107ete na\u0107i u svim vrstama agruma poput limuna, narand\u017ee, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/guava-voce\/\"><strong>guava<\/strong><\/a> itd. Evo nekoliko razloga zbog \u010dega je potrebno da redovno unosimo vitamin C u na\u0161 organizam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamin c za zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slobodni radikali<\/strong> &#8211; Vitamina C poma\u017ee u borbi protiv slobodnih radikala u tijelu. Ovi slobodni radikali mogu izazvati mnogo \u0161tete kao \u0161to je prerano starenje i o\u0161te\u0107enje organa u tijelu. Ovaj vitamin pretvara odre\u0111ene aminokiseline u neurotransmitere. Neurotransmiteri su vrlo va\u017eni za primanje i slanje poruka u mozgu koji uti\u010du na na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Struktura tijela<\/strong> &#8211; Vitamin C ima mnoge prednosti za ljudsko tijelo. On \u010dini osnovnu strukturu <strong>kolagena<\/strong> koji je opet osnovni temelj vezivnog tkiva koji se nalazi u kapilarnim zidovima, ligamentima, ko\u017ei, hrskavici, kostima. Osobe s nedostatkom ovog vitamina imaju slabe kosti i opu\u0161tenu ko\u017eu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hipertenzija<\/strong> &#8211; Hipertenzivne osobe tako\u0111er imaju dosta prednosti vitamina C. Ove osobe redovno moraju konzumirati neke namirnice bogate vitaminom C. Vitamin C pro\u0161iruje \u017eivce i mi\u0161i\u0107e, a time spa\u0161ava hipertenzivne od bilo kakvog daljnjeg pogor\u0161anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prehlada<\/strong> &#8211; Mnogi ljudi imaju pogre\u0161nu predod\u017ebu da kori\u0161tenje limun za vrijeme prehlade mo\u017ee pogor\u0161ati <strong>prehladu<\/strong>. Poma\u017ee protiv alergija na na\u010din da poti\u010de razgradnju histamina koji uzrokuju svrbe\u017e, suzenje o\u010diju i oticanje sluznica. Vitamin C najvi\u0161e se nalazi u vo\u0107u i povr\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chilli papri\u010dice<\/strong> &#8211; Pola \u0161alice narezanih chilli papri\u010dica sadr\u017ei 107.8 mg vitamina C, a znanstvenici sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Buffalu otkrili su kako su papri\u010dice bogate kapsaicinom, spojem koji ih \u010dini ljutima, a poma\u017ee ubla\u017eiti bolove u mi\u0161i\u0107ima i zglobovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crvena paprika<\/strong> &#8211; \u0160alica narezanih crvenih paprika sadr\u017ei skoro tri puta vi\u0161e vitamina C od naran\u010da.
