Naravno, morate ga kuhati na pravilan na\u010din \u2013 na umjereno jakoj vatri i ne predugo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160pinat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz kuhanog \u0161pinata tijelo \u0107e lak\u0161e izvu\u0107i sve hranjive tvari, poput kalcija, \u017eeljeza, magnezija, luteina, te antioksidanse, poput beta-karotena. Koli\u010dina kalcija se utrostru\u010duje ako je \u0161pinat kuhan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kelj<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Svje\u017ei kelj je te\u017ee probaviti od kuhanog. No, tako\u0111er je i manje hranjiv. Gljive imaju vrlo tvrdu stani\u010dnu strukturu, pa kuhanje \u010dini \u010duda po pitanju izvla\u010denja hranjivih tvari, lak\u0161e probavljivosti i ubijanja toksina koje mogu sadr\u017eavati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raj\u010dice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhanjem raj\u010dica pove\u0107ava se koli\u010dina likopena.
