Upravo svakodnevnim ponavljanjem istih gre\u0161aka naru\u0161avamo zdravlje te imamo manje energije za brojne obveze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brzo jedete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107ina ljudi je tokom dana sklona pojesti ne\u0161to na brzinu tek toliko da uti\u0161a glasne zvukove koji dolaze iz \u017eeluca. No upravo je to gre\u0161ka, brzi obroci na autobusnoj stanici, za radnim stolom ili u \u0161etnji gradom uzrokuju \u017egaravicu, plinove i probavne smetnje, a \u010desto upravo taj re\u017eim prehrane uzrokuje pretilost i poreme\u0107aje prehrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga, kada jedete prebrzo, hrana je manje ukusna, nerijetko izostaje i osje\u0107aj sitosti, a izbor hrane je nepravilan i nekvalitetan. Ovu pogre\u0161ku najbolje je ispraviti jedenjem prije nego osjetite probadaju\u0107i osje\u0107aj gladi, a za jedan obrok odvojite izme\u0111u 20 i 30 minuta, \u0161to je dovoljno da tijelo primi signal osje\u0107aja sitosti te da u\u017eivate u okusima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ne pijete dovoljno vode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cak 60 posto na\u0161ega tijela sa\u010dinjeno je od vode, a svaka na\u0161a \u0107elija treba vodu kako bi mogla pravilno funkcionirati. Svakoga dana gubimo 10 do 12 \u010da\u0161a vode dnevno kroz urin, znojenje i disanje, a ve\u0107ina ljudi posegne za \u010da\u0161om vode tek kada osjeti \u017ee\u0111, a do tog trenutka organizam je vjerovatno \u010dekao predugo. Ve\u0107ini ljudi dnevno je potrebno osam do 10 \u010da\u0161a teku\u0107ine kako bi tijelo adekvatno zamijenilo gubitke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zadr\u017eavate dah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plitko disanje mo\u017ee biti znak bolesti poput astme, emfizema, pneumonije, anksioznosti ili neurolo\u0161kih poreme\u0107aja. No, u najve\u0107em broju slu\u010dajeva radi se o lo\u0161oj navici kada plitko di\u0161emo i od silnih obaveza zaboravimo uzeti trenutak za duboko disanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problem plitkoga disanja je taj \u0161to uzrokuje nakupljanje uglji\u010dnog dioksida, koji mogu pove\u0107ati rizik od<br>plu\u0107nih infekcija i drugih komplikacija plu\u0107a. Osim toga, nikada se u potpunosti ne mo\u017eemo opustiti bez uzimanja dubokih udisaja iz dijafragme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaboravljate ma\u0161tati<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107i dio dana bavimo se logi\u010dnim razmi\u0161ljanjem, a to ba\u0161 i nije inspirativno stanje, Upravo nas redovito sanjarenje stavlja u raspolo\u017eenje kreativnosti i inspiracije. Ma\u0161tanjem, osim kreativnosti i inspiracije, pobolj\u0161avaju se emocije, ali i fizi\u010dko zdravlje. Ako se nikada ne prepu\u0161tate ma\u0161tanju, velike su \u0161anse da va\u0161a inspiracija i kreativnost nikada ne\u0107e u potpunosti zablistati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I zbog malih koli\u010dina nekih ugljikohidrata mo\u017eete izgledati deblje. Smanjite napuhivanje trbuha izbjegavaju\u0107i namirnice koje pogor\u0161avaju problem. Prou\u010dite \u0161ta jedete i slijedite ove savjete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 Lak\u0161e s mlijekom<\/strong><br>Ako vam se trbuh napuhne od mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, mo\u017eda te\u0161ko podnosite laktozu. Poku\u0161ajte jesti mlije\u010dne proizvode s manje laktoze, poput tvrdih sireva i jogurta. Ako ni to ne pomogne, jedite hranu bez laktoze ili uzimajte enzim za lak\u0161u probavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pa\u017eljivo birajte vo\u0107e<\/strong><br>Bobice, gro\u017e\u0111e i agrumi sadr\u017ee gotovo jednaku koli\u010dinu fruktoze i glukoze pa ih je lak\u0161e probaviti nego vo\u0107e koje sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e fruktoze, kao \u0160to su jabuke, kru\u0161ke ili dinja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Promijenite izvore \u0161kroba<\/strong><br>Ako vas p\u0161enica ili je\u010dam napuhuju, poku\u0161ajte s ri\u017eom, kukuruzom, zobi ili krumpirom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Izbjegnite umjetne zasla\u0111iva\u010de<\/strong><br>Sorbitol, ksilitol i manitol su \u0161e\u0107erni alkoholi koji se stavljaju u dijetne gazirane napitke i \u017evaka\u0107e gume bez \u0161e\u0107era. Ako vam rade probleme izbjegavajte ih, a umjesto njih koristite steviju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Pametno s mahunarkama<\/strong><br>Mahunarke bogate galaktanom, poput slanutka, le\u0107e i graha, zatim kupusa i prokulica, vjerojatno nisu za vas.
