Me\u0111utim, to bi ih trebalo najmanje zabrinjavati. A bolje bi im bilo i da provjere od \u010dega su se ugojili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fast food je jedan od osnovnih krivaca za pove\u0107anja tjelesne te\u017eine koja vodi nastanku gojaznosti. Ona je samo posljedica prekomjernog i u\u010destalog kori\u0161\u0107enja brze hrane. Me\u0111utim, ona nosi duplo ve\u0107i rizik obolijevanja od dijabetesa, arterioskleroze, infarkta miokarda&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to je brza hrana na optu\u017eeni\u010dkoj klupi ???<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Brza hrana se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e priprema tako \u0161to se pr\u017ei u dubokoj masno\u0107i pa namirnice upijaju velike koli\u010dine ulja, znatno pove\u0107avaju\u0107i kalorijsku vrijednost. Jo\u0161 ve\u0107u opasnost po zdravlje predstavlja pr\u017eenje namirnica na istom ulju vi\u0161e puta, jer je u tom slu\u010daju pove\u0107an broj kancerogenih supstanci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brzu hranu naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e \u010dine namirnice bogate zasi\u0107enim masnim kiselinama i holesterolom. Tu su mljeveno meso, majoneza, mesne prera\u0111evine, masni sirevi. Zahvaljuju\u0107i njima ska\u010du holesterol i trigliceridi, a to vodi arteriosklerozi i pove\u0107ava rizik od infarkta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prevelika koli\u010dina prera\u0111enih ugljenih hidrata, prije svega bijelo bra\u0161no kao sirovina raznih pekarskih proizvoda uz dodatak \u0161e\u0107era, podi\u017ee nivo inzulina u krvi optere\u0107uju\u0107i pankreas i stvaraju\u0107i potko\u017eno masno tkivo (salo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problemati\u010dni su i prilozi. Osnovni dodatak fast food obroka jesu razni sosovi, majonez, pavlaka, margarin. Ovakvi dodaci sadr\u017ee velike koli\u010dine zasi\u0107enih \u201elo\u0161ih&#8221; masti, \u0161e\u0107era, zatim poja\u010diva\u010da ukusa, konzervansa&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi sastojci mogu izazvati zakre\u010denje krvnih sudova, opteretiti jetru, povisiti krvni pritisak, djelovati kao kancerogeni faktor. Plus, pretvaraju se u salo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I burek je fast food<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161u doma\u0107u hranu obi\u010dno ne ubrajamo u fast food. Ali burek, razne pite i lisnata tijesta sastoje se tako\u0111er od velike koli\u010dine prera\u0111enog bijelog bra\u0161na i prevelike koli\u010dine zasi\u0107enih masti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisnato tijesto ima prakti\u010dno skrivenu masno\u0107u koja se na prvi pogled ne vidi. Porcija sirnice uz punomasni jogurt sadr\u017ei oko 1.200 kcal, \u0161to je dnevna koli\u010dina ukupnih kalorija osobe koja je na redukcionoj dijeti, a vi\u0161e od 50 posto dnevnih energetskih potreba odraslog \u010dovjeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa dva ovakva obroka vi ste zadovoljili dnevne energetske potrebe, a niste zadovoljili ni 20 procenata potreba za esencijalnim materijama (vitaminima, mineralima, vlaknima, proteinima, nezasi\u0107enim mastima).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0106evapi i pljeskavice tako\u0111er<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u0161to manje kalorija unijet \u0107ete ukoliko pojedete jedan do dva komada pice. Na komadu koji uzimate treba biti \u0161to manje sira, a dosta \u0161ampinjona i povr\u0107a. Takva porcija \u0107e sadr\u017eati 500 kcal, dok masnija varijanta sadr\u017ei oko 700 kcal. Ukoliko pojedete cijelu picu sa ke\u010dapom, uz gazirani napitak, skoro da ste zadovoljili dnevne energetske potrebe organizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porcija \u0107evapa, gurmanska pljeskavica sastavljena od masnog mesa kombiniranog sa kajmakom ili majonezom vrhunac je predoziranja zasi\u0107enim mastima i solima. Ako imate povi\u0161en holesterol i trigliceride, povi\u0161en pritisak, klonite se ovakvog jela jer \u0107ete se kad uni\u0161tite zdravlje prinudno hraniti barenim povr\u0107em i barenim mesom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i kod druge brze hrane, ovakva porcija mo\u017ee dosti\u0107i vrijednost od 1 500 kcal koje se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e unesu u ve\u010dernjim satima kada vam kalorije u tolikoj koli\u010dini i iz tih izvora nikako ne trebaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hamburger nije bolji<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Omiljeni fast food obrok &#8211; hamburger s porcijom pomfrita i gaziranim napitkom <strong>predstavlja kalorijsku bombu<\/strong> bogatu \u0161e\u0107erima, mastima, dopunjenu sosovima prepunim konzervansa i soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takav obrok nikako ne smije biti \u010dest, jer sadr\u017ei i vi\u0161e od 1 000 kcal pa se vi\u0161ak sigurno pretvara u masti, odnosno salo. Pogubno djeluje na zdravlje remete\u0107i nivo triglicerida i holesterola, vode\u0107i ka arteriosklerozi, povi\u0161enom pritisku i nizu ozbiljnih oboljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko ve\u0107 imate vi\u0161ak kalorija deponiranih u vidu sala, ovakve kalorijske bombe samo \u0107e dodati poneki kilogram, a vama \u0107e nedostajati esencijalne, hranljive materije koje \u010duvaju va\u0161 imunitet, ubrzavaju peristatiku crijeva, pa su prevencija od razli\u010ditih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRAZNE KALORIJE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brza hrana se sastoji iz prera\u0111enih namirnica, a takve namirnice su osiroma\u0161ene esencijalnim materijama za organizam. Vitamina, minerala, vlakana, nezasi\u0107enih masti prakti\u010dno nema, pa unosite prakti\u010dno samo takozvane prazne kalorije u velikoj koli\u010dini.
