Iznimno toplo vrijeme posebno je \u0161tetno za starije osobe i bolesnike, pa nije naodmet znati i slijediti sljede\u0107e smjernice stru\u010dnjaka!<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Starije osobe se ne smiju izlagati sun\u010devoj energiji u razdoblju od 10 do 17 sati, a ovo se osobito odnosi na starije sr\u010dane bolesnike i gerijatrijske bolesnike oboljele od \u0161e\u0107erne bolesti.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prigodom izlaska iz prebivali\u0161ta starija osoba mora za\u0161titi glavu \u0161e\u0161irom, maramom ili kapom.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dnevno je potrebno uzimati do dvije litre teku\u0107ine, bilo kao osam \u010da\u0161a negazirane vode, bilo u obliku juha, variva ili \u010dajeva.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pojava glavobolje, mu\u010dnine, vrtoglavice i dehidracije, suho\u0107e ustiju i ko\u017ee, znak su uzbune za stariju osobu. U tom se slu\u010daju hitno javite svom doktoru obiteljske medicine ili najbli\u017eoj hitnoj pomo\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u010clanovi obitelji, prijatelji, susjedi, znanci, \u010dlanovi udruga u skrbi za starije moraju u vrijeme vru\u0107ih ljetnih mjeseci u\u010destalije kontaktirati stariju osobu. U slu\u010dajevima njezine slabije funkcionalne sposobnosti taj bi kontakt trebao biti nekoliko puta svakodnevno.<\/p>\n<p>8. Starija osoba mora uvijek uz sebe imati svoje osnovne podatke &#8211; ime i prezime, godina ro\u0111enja, adresa stanovanja i broj telefona kontakt osobe kojoj se mo\u017ee javiti o toj starijoj osobi.<\/p>\n<p>9. Najva\u017enije je odr\u017eavati redovitu \u010disto\u0107u tijela starijeg \u010dovjeka i njegovog okoli\u0161a<br \/>\nte se strogo pridr\u017eavati uputa lije\u010denja i kontroliranog uzimanja lijekova.<\/p>\n<p>10. Nu\u017ena je trajna tjelesna i psihi\u010dka aktivnost starijih osoba te njihovo trajno kretanje i to isklju\u010divo u jutarnjim i ve\u010dernjim satima, \u0161to vi\u0161e borave\u0107i u prirodi (parkovi, \u0161etnje uz more, jezera, rijeke, vrtovi, vinogradi, vo\u0107njaci i sli\u010dna prirodna okru\u017eenja).
