A na prvom je mjestu definitivno mnogima omiljeni doma\u0107i ajvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako pripremiti najbolji Makedonski ajvar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S obzirom da se oko sastojaka i na\u010dina <a href=\"http:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/sve-o-ajvaru-i-recept-za-pripremu\/\"><strong>pripreme ajvara<\/strong><\/a> vode brojne polemike, u ovom \u010dlanku donosimo recept za Makedonski ajvar. Recept dolazi od tete Snje\u017eane u \u010dijem se domu ovaj ajvar tradicionalno priprema po istom receptu ve\u0107 desetlje\u0107ima. Pri odabiru sastojaka morate paziti da su potpuno dozrijeli i zdravi, bez o\u0161te\u0107enja. Samo tako mo\u017eemo biti sigurni da \u0107e ajvar biti ukusan ka\u017ee Snje\u017eana. Patlid\u017eane je tako\u0111er potrebno ostaviti da se cijede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada se paprike i patlid\u017eani ocijede, sameljite ih na ru\u010dnom aparatu za mljevenje mesa. Zatim sve zajedno prebacite u veliki lonac u kojem \u0107ete kuhati i stavite na laganu vatru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tokom kuhanja smjesu je potrebno neprestano mije\u0161ati, a ulje dodavati postepeno po jedan decilitar svakih 20 minuta. Mije\u0161ajte neprestano jer ulje ne smije iza\u0107i na povr\u0161inu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da li je <strong>makedonski ajvar<\/strong> gotov&nbsp;najlak\u0161e mo\u017eete provjeriti tako da drvenom ka\u0161ikom ravno pre\u0111ete po dnu lonca, nakon \u010dega se treba vidjeti dno lonca. Zatim na vrh svake staklenke stavite malo ulja, pove\u017eite i zatvorite poklopcima te \u010duvajte na hladnom i mra\u010dnom mjestu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Savjet plus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priprema ajvara se mo\u017ee raditi i kuhanjem namirnica. Umjesto pe\u010denja paprike i patlid\u017eana stavite ih u lonac i na laganoj vatri kuhajte oko pola sata, sve ostalo se radi isto kao kod pe\u010denja. Za rezultat dobit \u0107ete bla\u017ei okus i svijetliju boju ajvara.
