Naime, poznato je da stres na poslu mo\u017ee dovesti do pogor\u0161anja zdravlja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i sr\u010dane udare i depresiju, ali studije koje su se bavile utjecajem stresa na krvni pritisak dale su razli\u010dite rezultate.<\/h3>\n<p>Visoki krvni pritisak (hipertenzija) je glavni faktor opasnosti od niza ozbiljnih bolesti, uklju\u010duju\u0107i mo\u017edane i sr\u010dane udare. Stres je samo jedan od razloga koji mogu dovesti do povi\u0161enog krvnog pritiska, jer tome mogu doprinijeti i mnoge druge stvari kao \u0161to je lo\u0161a ishrana, konzumiranje previ\u0161e alkohola, prevelika tjelesna te\u017eina, konzumiranje previ\u0161e soli i slaba tjelesna aktivnost. Doktor \u0160antal Gimon, koja je vodila istra\u017eivanje, priznaje da je mogu\u0107e da su kod u\u010desnika istra\u017eivanja i ostali faktori doprinijeli visokom krvnom pritisku, pri \u010demu nau\u010dnici vjeruju da je stres na poslu vrlo va\u017ean faktor koji mo\u017ee kroni\u010dno da utje\u010de na nervni i kardiovaskularni sistem. &#8220;Na\u0161a studija podupire hipotezu da napetost povezana s poslom, pogotovo kod radnika koji na poslu imaju slabu podr\u0161ku, mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno da doprinese povi\u0161enju krvnog pritiska&#8221;, istaknula je dr Gimon i dodala da bi poslodavci mogli zaposlenima da pomognu pru\u017eaju\u0107i im vi\u0161e podr\u0161ke i prepu\u0161taju\u0107i im kontrolu nad rokovima i zadacima.<\/p>\n<p>Izraelski nau\u010dnici su otkrili da osobe koje su na radnom mjestu izlo\u017eene utjecaju stresa imaju ve\u0107e \u0161anse za obolijevanje od dijabetesa tipa 2. Istra\u017eiva\u010di Univerziteta u Tel Avivu svoje zaklju\u010dke temelje na pra\u0107enju zdravlja 677 srednjovje\u010dnih zaposlenih osoba. Pokazalo se da osobe pogo\u0111ene stresom u odnosu na ostale ispitanike, uzimaju\u0107i u obzir i druge faktore poput debljine, starosti i pola, imaju gotovo dvostruko ve\u0107i rizik za dijabetes tipa 2. Kada su eliminirali utjecaj povi\u0161enog krvnog pritiska, istra\u017eiva\u010di su utvrdili da stres na radnom mjestu mo\u017ee u\u010detverostru\u010diti \u0161anse za dijabetes tipa 2. Nau\u010dnici u stru\u010dnom \u010dasopisu &#8220;Psihosomatska medicina&#8221; dodaju da su ve\u0107 ranije studije pokazale da stres pove\u0107ava rizik za kardiovaskularne bolesti, poreme\u0107aje sna i smanjenje plodnosti.
