Cilj ove dijete je ne samo da se podstakne gubitak tjelesne te\u017eine, ve\u0107 i da se generalno promjeni vrsta hrane i na\u010din \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u017eim ishrane \u201csouth beach\u201d kreirao je kardiolog Artur Agatston, a dijeta je dobila ime po glamuroznoj oblasti u Majamiju. Druga\u010dije je zovu \u201cdijeta sa niskim unosom ugljenih hidrata\u201d, a kod nas &#8211; \u201cdijeta ju\u017enih pla\u017ea\u201d. Ova dijeta je siroma\u0161na ugljenim hidratima, a bogata proteinima i zdravim mastima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, ovo nije stroga dijeta sa niskim unosom ugljenih hidrata i kada je sprovodite ne morate da ra\u010dunate u gramima, \u0161to je jo\u0161 jedna prednost. Svrha dijete je ne samo da se podstakne gubitak tjelesne te\u017eine, ve\u0107 i da se generalno promjeni vrsta hrane i da se usvoji zdrav na\u010din \u017eivota. Agatston ka\u017ee da je zdrav na\u010din ishrane zapravo klju\u010dni faktor koji odlu\u010duje da li \u0107ete da izgubite kilograme ili ne. Ovaj re\u017eim ishrane zasniva se na dobrim ugljenim hidratima, nemasnim proteinima i zdravim mastima kao i namirnicama bogatim vlaknima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">South beach dijeta ima tri faze:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">PRVA FAZA:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova dvonedjeljna faza je osmi\u0161ljena tako da elimini\u0161e lo\u0161u hranu i pokrene gubitak te\u017eine. Treba izbaciti gotovo sve ugljene hidrate iz ishrane, a posebno \u0161e\u0107ere, uklju\u010duju\u0107i tjestenine, pirina\u010d, hljeb i vo\u0107e. Izbacite vo\u0107ne ili gazirane sokove i alkohol. Dozvoljeno je da se jedu \u010disti proteini, kao \u0161to su riba, morski plodovi, bijelo meso, nemasna teletina i proizvodi od soje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eete jesti povr\u0107e bogato vlaknima, mlije\u010dne proizvode sa malo masti i namirnice sa zdravim, nezasi\u0107enim mastima, uklju\u010duju\u0107i masline, avokado, orahe i sjemenke bundeve, suncokreta, lana. Uz meso se jedu velike koli\u010dine povr\u0107a: spana\u0107, paradajz, blitva. Od masno\u0107a se koristi maslinovo ulje kao preliv salatama. Uobi\u010dajeni gubitak te\u017eine u ovoj fazi je izme\u0111u \u010detiri do sedam kilograma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRIMJER JELOVNIKA:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doru\u010dak:<\/strong> Doru\u010dak mo\u017ee da sadr\u017ei arti\u010doke, omlet sa \u0161parglom i kozjim sirom, pe\u010deno pile\u0107e bijelo meso ili jaja sa spana\u0107em i \u0161unkom, uz \u0161olju kafe ili \u010daja.<br><strong>Ru\u010dak:<\/strong> Za ru\u010dak birajte \u0161kampe ili ribu, uz ledeni \u010daj ili kiselu vodu.<br><strong>Ve\u010dera:<\/strong> Grilovani losos ili tele\u0107i odrezak i sezonska salata.<br><strong>Grickalice:<\/strong> Mo\u017eete u\u017eivati u grickalicama u toku dana, kao \u0161to su sir, \u0107uretina ili orasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">DRUGA FAZA:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je faza dugoro\u010dnog gubitka te\u017eine koju karakteri\u0161e postepeno uvo\u0111enje namirnica koje su bile zabranjene u prvoj fazi. Pove\u0107ava se unos vo\u0107a i \u017eitarica kao \u0161to su je\u010dam, zob, kukuruz, pirina\u010d i sve povr\u0107e. Naglasak je i dalje na proteinskim namirnicama, kao \u0161to su meso, riba, sirevi, jaja u kombinaciji sa dosta povr\u0107a. Ostajete u ovoj fazi dok ne dostignete svoju ciljanu te\u017einu.
