Evo koje biste pogre\u0161ke trebali izbje\u0107i, kako bi vam metabolizam radio punom parom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Va\u0161a hrana nije dovoljno &#8216;jaka&#8217;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako niste sigurni je li vam ne\u0161to preblago, slobodno dodajte ljuti umak. Naime najnovije istra\u017eivanje objavljeno u \u010dasopisu &#8216;Appetite&#8217; pokazalo je da su ljudi koji su dodavali ljute papri\u010dice u ve\u010deru redovito jeli do 30% manje i br\u017ee se osje\u0107ali sitima od osoba koje to nisu u\u010dinile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u010cili papri\u010dice sadr\u017ee kapsaicin, koji mo\u017ee ubrzati metabolizam kontroliraju\u0107i otpu\u0161tanje hormona koji utje\u010du na regulaciju apetita, ali i mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati razinu hormona stresa koji smanjuju potrebu za jelom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Puno sjedite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nije nimalo \u010dudno da vam sjedenje pred ra\u010dunalom na poslu ili televizorom nave\u010der kod ku\u0107e mo\u017ee donijeti poneki kilogram vi\u0161ka. Isto tako, produljeno sjedenje mo\u017ee dovesti do slabe osjetljivosti na inzulin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ne perete namirnice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prije nego \u0161to zagrizete tu so\u010dnu jabuku, razmislite jeste li je dovoljno dobro oprali prije toga?!
