Po\u0161to <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Voda\"><strong>voda<\/strong><\/a> \u010dini 70 % na\u0161e tjelesne mase, stalno su nam potrebne nove koli\u010dine. Na pitanje koliko vode na dan, stru\u010dnjaci savjetuju da se svaki dan popije 1,5-2 litre vode.
