Iako se ne mo\u017ee zamisliti moderan \u017eivot bez tehnologije, kod koje kompjuter (odnosno internet) uvjerljivo prednja\u010di, treba paziti da se ne pretjera pa da ovisnost (ili nu\u017enost) o internetu ne urodi negativnim posljedicama.<\/p>\n<p>Dugotrajno gledanje u ekran monitora i u vezi s tim smanjeni broj treptaja kapaka dovodi do zamora o\u010diju. Zamor o\u010diju manifestira se kao crvenilo, peckanje, te osje\u0107aj \u017earenja u oku. Na du\u017ei vremenski rok zamor mo\u017ee uzrokovati pogor\u0161anje vida i glavobolju, a uz to idu i uko\u010denost vrata i ramena.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Prema istra\u017eivanju centra London Hazards, me\u0111u osobama koje rade vi\u0161e od \u0161est sati dnevno na kompjuteru, \u010dak njih 70 posto ima nekakve probleme s vidom. Nau\u010dnici tvrde da taj sindrom mo\u017ee izazvati nisku produktivnost kod odraslih i probleme s u\u010denjem, kao i lo\u0161e ocjene u \u0161koli kada su djeca u pitanju.<\/p>\n<h2>Kako izbje\u0107i ne\u017eeljene posljedice?<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 \u010citajte ispisani materijal &#8211; Kad je mogu\u0107e, \u010ditajte materijale ispisane \u0161tampa\u010dem, a ne tekst direktno s ra\u010dunala. Gledanje u zaslon je druga\u010dije od gledanja \u0161tampanog materijala. Kako \u0161tampane stvari imaju ve\u0107i kontrast, oku je znatno te\u017ee fokusirati se na ekran ra\u010dunala.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Koristite &#8220;<strong>umjetne suze<\/strong>&#8221; ili kapljice za vla\u017eenje oka te napravite pauzu svakih 15 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prilagodite visinu monitora ra\u010dunala &#8211; Postavite ekran tako da se nalazi oko 10 centimetara ispod linije vida.
