Katekini su poznati po tome \u0161to imaju anti-upalno djelovanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svje\u017ea kaki jabuka sadr\u017ei vitamin A, beta karoten, likopen, lutein, zeksantin i kripoksatin. Svi ovi spojevi igraju va\u017enu ulogu <strong>protiv slobodnih radikala<\/strong> kisika koji uzrokuju starenje i razli\u010dite bolesti. Kada kupujete kaki budite oprezni i uzmite plodove koji su zreli. Ako kupite nezrele plodove oni bi mogli biti vrlo trpki. Kako bi br\u017ee dozreli ostavite ih u zatvorenoj plasti\u010dnoj posudi na sobnoj temperaturi uz neko drugo vo\u0107e \u2013 banane, jabuke ili kru\u0161ke. Znat \u0107ete da su dovoljno zrele kada omek\u0161aju i kada po\u010dnu nalikovati na balon ispunjen vodom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kod kaki jabuke mo\u017ee se jesti gotovo sve i u svakom obliku. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se jede cijeli plod bez kore, a mo\u017ee se izraditi prah ploda te sjemenke koje se mogu su\u0161iti, mljeti u prah i koristiti kao kafa. Mo\u017ee se su\u0161iti ili kuhati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako odlu\u010dite jesti plod dok je zreo, obavezno ogulite koru. Ona sadr\u017ei visoke razine tianina koji uzrokuje slabiju apsorpciju nekih zna\u010dajnih tvari iz namirnica. Kako bi jeli kaki pravilno, ogulite ju, nare\u017eite na kri\u0161ke i jedite.
