Prehranu trebamo obogatiti namirnicama s visokim udjelom vlakana, tvrde znanstvenici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osam razli\u010ditih studija pokazalo je pad od 10 posto kad je rije\u010d o opasnosti prerane smrti za svakog ispitanika koji je dnevno pove\u0107avao unos hrane s visokim udjelom vlakana i to samo 10 grama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana sa visokim udjelom vlakana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ameri\u010dko ministarstvo poljoprivrede preporu\u010duje da odrasle osobe konzumiraju 14 grama vlakana na svakih 1000 kalorija koje uzimaju kroz prehranu. To zna\u010di da se preporu\u010duje oko 25 grama dnevno za \u017eene i 38 grama dnevno za mu\u0161karce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;U prosjeku, unos prehrambenih vlakana u SAD-u i drugim ekonomski razvijenim zemljama su znatno ni\u017ee od preporu\u010denih, \u0161tovi\u0161e, prepolovljene su.&#8217;, otkriva Victoria Burley, istra\u017eiva\u010d prehrane na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu u Leedsu u Velikoj Britaniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Rezultati studije su u skladu s ranije objavljenim meta-analizama odnosa izme\u0111u dijetalnih vlakana i rizika od glavnih kroni\u010dnih bolesti kao \u0161to su kardiovaskularne bolesti i raka. Ljudima ne bi trebao biti problem dnevno unijeti tih dodatnih 10 grama. To se lako posti\u017ee s dva obroka integralne hrane, kao \u0161to su npr. \u017eitarice i dva obroka vo\u0107a ili povr\u0107a&#8217;, dodaje Burley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ipak, upozorava da sada\u0161nja studija ne dokazuje da je konzumiranje vi\u0161e vlakana razlog \u0161to su neki sudionici du\u017ee \u017eivjeli. Smanjeni rizik od smrti mo\u017eda dolazi iz nekih povezanih karakteristika, a to su zdravija prehrana, zdraviji na\u010din \u017eivota, ali dokazano je da su takve namirnice vrlo hranjive i zdrave u cjelini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ona tako\u0111er poti\u010de konzumiranje raznih namirnica koje su bogate vlaknima uz svaki obrok i me\u0111uobrok, kao \u0161to su svje\u017ee vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, cjelovite \u017eitarice, grah, mahunarke, sjemenke i ora\u0161asti plodovi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treba biti oprezan u po\u010dinjanju promjene prehrane.
