Da bi se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/osteoporoza\/\"><strong>osteoporoza<\/strong><\/a> preduprijedila i izbjegla, va\u017eno je od malena voditi ra\u010duna kakva je va\u0161a ishrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U adolescentnom dobu je od izuzetnog zna\u010daja i da mlada osoba bude fizi\u010dki aktivna, jer tako podsti\u010de rast i razvoj kostiju. Predstavljamo vam i tri&nbsp;namirnice koje posjeduju najvi\u0161e neophodnih sastojaka za zdrave i \u010dvrste kosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Osteoporoza ishrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brokoli je najbolji sirov<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brokoli<\/strong> (Brassica oleracea) pripada porodici zelenog povr\u0107a, koje osigurava dovoljno minerala i proteina, a naro\u010dito kalcija. Najbolje ga je konzumirati u sirovom stanju kao salatu, pa tek onda pr\u017een na malo ulja ili obaren na pari s obzirom na to da termi\u010dkom obradom gubi va\u017ene sastojke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obilje minerala, kalcija, magnezija, kalija i \u017eeljeza, svrstava ga na vrh top-liste namirnica za o\u010duvanje zdravlja kostiju, ali i zdravlja generalno. Prilikom pripreme, brokoli treba kuhati u klju\u010daloj posoljenoj vodi, najdu\u017ee pet do \u0161est minuta. Na taj na\u010din o\u010duvat \u0107e se ve\u0107ina korisnih sastojaka, kao i hrskav i lijep ukus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>>><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/brokula-na-le%c5%a1o\/\"><strong>Brokula na le\u0161o<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Dalmatinski recept za brzu pripremu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ovako skuhan mo\u017ee se servirati na nekoliko na\u010dina:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Za\u010dinjen susamom i limunovim sokom.<br>\u2022 Kao jednostavna ukusna \u010dorba sa skuhanim karfiolom, u koju su dodati za\u010dini po \u017eelji.<br>\u2022 U vidu omleta sa cvjetovima i isjeckanim stabljikama.<br>\u2022 Sa skuhanim tjesteninama uz dodatak sjeckanog kikirikija i maslinovog ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Susam i jogurtom<\/strong> <strong>kao lijek<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Susam<\/strong> (Sesamum indicum) predstavlja jedan od najkorisnijih dodataka u ishrani protiv <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Osteoporoza\"><strong>osteoporoze<\/strong><\/a>, dok se susamovo ulje smatra izuzetno kvalitetnim, pa se \u010desto koristi kao zamjena za maslinovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U velikim koli\u010dinama prisutan je i izuzetno va\u017ean kalcij, mangan, bakar, magnezij i selen. Za osobe koje nemaju u organizmu dovoljno kalcija, susam je pravi izbor. Dovoljno je jednu supenu ka\u0161iku ovog sjemena potopiti u 0,5 decilitra jogurta i ostaviti da preno\u0107i. Ujutru sve treba pojesti na prazan stomak, a postupak ponavljati u kontinuitetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>>><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/biljke-za-osteoporozu\/\">Ljekovite biljke s najboljim blagodatima za osteoporozu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jedite \u2019pjegave\u2019 banane<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banana nije samo plod zadovoljstva, ve\u0107 i djelotvorno vo\u0107e koje mo\u017ee zamijeniti kompletan obrok ili dopuniti ishranu. Djelotvorna je i protiv osteoporoze jer obiluje mineralima kalijem, manganom, magnezijem, fosforom, kao i folnom kiselinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U banani se nalaze i vitamini odgovorni za o\u010duvanje gustine kostiju. Zanimljivo je da nau\u010dnici insistiraju na konzumiranju zrelih \u201epjegavih\u201c banana, jer nedovoljno zrele u svom razvojnom stadiju sadr\u017ee bjelan\u010devinu, koja prema istra\u017eivanjima, suzbija djelovanje odre\u0111enih enzima va\u017enih za metaboli\u010dke procese u organizmu, pa shodno tome i za procese koji obezbje\u0111uju zdravlje i kvalitet kostiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velika prednost daje se su\u0161enim bananama koje rad metabolizma pobolj\u0161avaju, a sve korisne sastojke sadr\u017ee u koncentriranijem obliku, zbog \u010dega su jo\u0161 djelotvornije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lijek starih grka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za lijek protiv osteoporoze<\/strong> koji su spravljali jo\u0161 stari Grci, treba pripremiti 10 ka\u0161ika mljevenih sjemenki lana, po pet ka\u0161ika mljevenog susama, sjemenki bundeve, zrna p\u0161enice, sjemena suncokreta, tri ka\u0161ike suhog gro\u017e\u0111a i kilogram livadskog meda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve navedene sastojke dobro pomije\u0161ati drvenom ka\u0161ikom ili varja\u010dom, a zatim smjesu sipati u staklenu teglu.
