Va\u017enost sna kona\u010dno je u\u0161la na velika vrata u razmi\u0161ljanja i praksu, no va\u017enost zamra\u010divanja jo\u0161 je uvelike potcijenjena &#8211; ka\u017ee znanstvenik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stevens, sa sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Connecticut, ka\u017ee kako se bioritam razvio kako bi pratio dnevni obrazac Sun\u010deve svjetlosti a taj obrazac prate i lu\u010denje hormona, rad gena, tjelesna temperatura i metabolizam. Umjetna rasvjeta pak mo\u017ee izazvati poreme\u0107aje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uz kori\u0161tenje za svjetlost neprobojnih roleta Stevens isti\u010de da je iz spava\u0107e sobe potrebno izbaciti sve ure\u0111aje koji emitiraju plavo svjetlo koje odr\u017eava u posebno budnom stanju. Ukoliko trebamo ustati tijekom no\u0107i tada trebamo koristiti svjetla sa zatamnjenim crvenim \u017earuljama koje najmanje ometaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U radu objavljenom u \u010dasopisu Philosophical Transactions B Stevens upozorava na \u0161tetnost umjetne uli\u010dne i ku\u0107ne rasvjete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Prekomjerna rasvjeta no\u0107noga neba va\u017eno je pitanje poput klimatskih promjena &#8211; isti\u010de Stevens i dodaje da su na negativne utjecaje umjetne rasvjete posebno osjetljiva djeca, uklju\u010duju\u0107i nero\u0111ene bebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smatra se, primjerice, da umjetna rasvjeta ometa lu\u010denje melatonina koji sprje\u010dava pojavu tumora dojke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala kako su \u017eene koje rade u no\u0107nim satima izlo\u017eenije ve\u0107em riziku od pojave raka dojke, a no\u0107no radno vrijeme povezano je i s pove\u0107anim rizikom od raka prostate ili crijeva.
