Tvrde da najvi\u0161e koristi od ovog otkri\u0107a imaju studenti jer svakodnevno upijaju nove informacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kratki san<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nau\u010dnici su tokom studije od u\u010desnika tra\u017eili da nau\u010de 90 rije\u010di i 120 nepovezanih izraza poput &#8220;mlije\u010dni taksi&#8221;. Nakon u\u010denja jedan deo ispitanika je gledao film dok je drugi spavao. Potom su svi morali da ispri\u010daju kojih se re\u010di se\u0107aju, a dio grupe koji je spavao sjetio se mnogo vi\u0161e rije\u010di od onih koji su gledali film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nau\u010dnici univerziteta Sarland u Nema\u010dkoj ka\u017eu da se tokom kratkog sna aktiviraju odre\u0111eni dijelovi u mozgu koji poma\u017eu da se nove informacije lak\u0161e &#8220;slegnu&#8221; i upamte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; San koji traje 45 minuta do sat vremena znatno \u0107e pobolj\u0161ati pam\u0107enje i dozvoliti vam da neke informacije lak\u0161e izvu\u010dete iz memorije, ka\u017ee profesor Meklinger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zbog toga nau\u010dnici savjetuju, prije svega studentima da svakih nekoliko sati naprave pauzu od u\u010denja i na kratko spuste glavu na jastuk kako bi lak\u0161e upamtili gradivo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukoliko tokom dana odspavate 45 minuta mo\u017eete vi\u0161estruko pobolj\u0161ati pam\u0107enje, pokazuju najnovija istra\u017eivanja.
