Tanke lanene plahte najbolje su za ljetne vru\u0107ine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Hladna glava<\/strong><br>Zamijenite svoj mekani, veliki jastuk za manji \u010dvr\u0161\u0107i. Rasko\u0161ni meki jastuci \u0107e samo upijati toplinu glave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Udobnost prije svega<\/strong><br>Ako spavate odijeveni, neka to bude lagana, \u0161iroka pamu\u010dna majica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Mokra kosa<\/strong><br>Poku\u0161ajte zaspati s mokrom kosom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
