Ako ste osoba koja ve\u0107inu dana provodi u kancelariji ili zatvorenoj prostoriji, a izbjegavate spomenute proteine i suplemente mogu\u0107e je da ste jedan od milijardu stanovnika Zemlje koji pati od manjka ovog vitamina.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D ima va\u017enu ulogu u odr\u017eavanju koncentracije kalcijuma u tijelu, pridonosi ja\u010dim kostima i zdravim zubima, ja\u010da mi\u0161i\u0107ni tonus.<\/p>\n<h3>Kada imate manjak vitamina D u tijelu, pokazujete sljede\u0107e simptome:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. Imate \u010deste prelome kostiju<\/strong><br \/>\nTijelo prestaje da gradi ko\u0161tanu masu oko 30. godine \u017eivota, a manjak vitamina D ubrza\u0107e simptome osteoporoze, koja se obi\u010dno javlja u tre\u0107em \u017eivotnom dobu. Osje\u0107ate bol u kostima<\/strong><br \/>\nSuptilna, ali stalno prisutna bol u kostima i zglobovima mo\u017ee da bude posljedica medicinskih bolesti poput artritisa, osteomalacije ili fibromialgije. Za ovaj neugodan osje\u0107aj mo\u017ee da bude kriv i manjak vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pretjerano se znojite<\/strong><br \/>\nPreterano znojenje ima brojne uzroke, a jedna od njih je i manjak ovog vitamina. Ako vam lice &#8220;sija&#8221; od velike koli\u010dine znoja kojeg lu\u010dite \u010dak i dok mirujete i nalazite se u umereno ohla\u0111enom okru\u017eenju, a telesna temperatura nije vi\u0161a od 37 stepena Celzija, razmislite o testu za otkrivanje manjka vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Osje\u0107ate slabost i umor<\/strong><br \/>\nOsje\u0107ate li se umorno i slabo \u010dak i nakon kvalitetnog osmosatnog sna, mo\u017eda patite od manjka vitamina D. Za snagu tijela nije zadu\u017eeno samo \u017eeljezo, ve\u0107 i ovaj vitamin koji pove\u0107ava kontrolu mi\u0161i\u0107a. Dobra vijest?
