Odrasli imaju malu koli\u010dinu sme\u0111e masti tj. dobrih masti u tijelu, a studija iz 2014. gledala je kako temperatura sobe uti\u010de na masne \u0107elije. Studija je trajala 4 mjeseca i nije bila opse\u017ena. Samo je 5 mu\u0161karaca spavalo u sobama zagrijanim od 18 do 27 stepeni. Poslije 4 nedjelje spavanja na niskoj temperaturi imali su dva puta vi\u0161e sme\u0111e masti i osjetljivost na insulin je bila bolja pa nau\u010dnici ka\u017eu da golo spavanje smanjuje tjelesnu temperaturu i rizik pojave dijabetesa. \u010cetiri nedjelje spavanja na visokoj temperaturi od 27 stepeni poni\u0161tilo je sve prednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bolje je za \u017eensko zdravlje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako nam je hladnije znatno \u0107e manje bakterija rasti u vaginalnoj zoni, vazduh bolje cirkuli\u0161e i ne dolazi do infekcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preci su tako spavali<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste na primjer na Paleo dijeti pa jedete kao pe\u0107inski \u010dovek, za\u0161to ne bi tako i spavali?
