Teretana nije modna pista nego mjesto za rad! \u0160minku ostravite za izlaske.<\/p>\n<h3>Ne jedem ni\u0161ta poslije treninga<\/h3>\n<p>Gre\u0161ka! Ako ste imali jedan dobar trening, kada ste uspje\u0161no razradili svoje mi\u0161i\u0107e, kako mislite da \u0107e se regenerirati i razvijati ako ne vratite hranjive tvari u organizam? Zna\u010di, nakon treninga bi bio idealan ovaj obrok: kri\u0161ka integralnog kruha, velika salata i piletina.<\/p>\n<h3>Pijem napitke tokom treninga<\/h3>\n<p>Dobar dio napitaka koje \u017eene konzumiraju u teretani sadr\u017ee ugljikohidrate, dakle energiju. Ti napitci slu\u017ee biciklistima ili maratoncima kako bi nadoknadili energiju i elektrolite, a nisu namijenjeni \u017eenama koje \u017eele smr\u0161avjeti.
