Pokazalo je to nedavno istra\u017eivanje tima znanstvenika s University of East Anglia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naime, dokazano je kako ljudi koji jedu puno hrane bogate proteinima imaju manji krvni tlak i puno zdravije arterije zbog \u010dega spadaju u kategoriju ljudi s manjim rizikom od sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici ka\u017eu da to mo\u017eemo zahvaliti aminokiselinama, molekulama koje osna\u017euju stanice, tkiva i mi\u0161i\u0107e u ljudskom tijelu. Hrana bogata proteinima kao \u0161to je riba, meso, mlije\u010dni proizvodi, grah, le\u0107a, brokula i \u0161pinat sadr\u017ei veliku koli\u010dinu blagotvornih spojeva. Prou\u010davane su prehrambene navike spomenute ciljane skupine, a poseban naglasak stavljen je na sedam razli\u010ditih aminokiselina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da \u017eene koje konzumiraju ve\u0107e koli\u010dine aminokiselina imaju manji krvni tlak i krutost arterija, \u0161to je glavni uzrok sr\u010danih i mo\u017edanih udara. Me\u0111utim, razli\u010diti izvori aminokiselina pru\u017eaju i razli\u010dite blagodati, otkrili su.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aminokiseline iz povr\u0107a i mahunarki znatno utje\u010du na krvni tlak, dok se aminokiseline iz mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, mesa te ribe povezuju sa smanjenim rizikom od krutosti arterija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavni istra\u017eiva\u010d, dr. Amy Jennings sa UEA\u2032s Norwich Medical School rekla je da je ovo istra\u017eivanje jasno pokazalo kako postoje aminokiseline koje \u201eza\u0161titni\u010dki\u201c djeluju na <strong>kardiovaskularno zdravlje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePove\u0107ani unos hrane bogate proteinima kao \u0161to su crveno meso, masnija riba, neobrano mlijeko i neke vrste povr\u0107a mogao bi uvelike smanjiti rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti. Rezultati prethodnih studija pru\u017eile su dokaz da pove\u0107ani unos proteina mo\u017ee biti povezan sa ni\u017eim krvnim tlakom. \u017deljeli smo doznati koji su protein \u017eivotinjskog podrijetla i biljke najblagotvorniji. Tra\u017eili smo me\u0111u razli\u010ditim izvorima aminokiselina, kako u mesu, tako i u povr\u0107u.\u201c pojasnila je dr. To je u razini dobro poznate \u010dinjenice da unos soli, konzumacija alkohola i tjelesna neaktivnost lo\u0161e utje\u010du na rizik od sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara.\u201c Zaklju\u010dila je dr.
