To i nije ba\u0161 istina!<\/p>\n<p>Iz tog razloga ve\u0107ina \u017eena u trudno\u0107i dobije suvi\u0161ne kilograme kojih se nakon poroda zna biti iznimno te\u0161ko rije\u0161iti i koji mogu predstavljati ozbiljne smetnje po zdravlje \u017eene.<\/p>\n<p>Skoro polovica \u017eena se za vrijeme trudno\u0107e udeblja vi\u0161e nego \u0161to bi trebalo. Preporuke Ameri\u010dkog medicinskog instituta su sljede\u0107e: ukoliko je \u017eena normalne te\u017eine, ne preporu\u010duje se da se udeblja vi\u0161e od 15 kilograma. Ukoliko ve\u0107 ima prekomjernu te\u017einu, ne bi se trebala udebljati vi\u0161e od 11 kilograma, a ukoliko je i prije trudno\u0107e bila gojazna, u trudno\u0107i se ne bi trebala udebljati vi\u0161e od 9 kilograma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Potreba za ve\u0107im unosom kalorija<\/strong> i dodatne energije za bebu, u vidu ugljiko hidrata i masti, po\u010dinje tek u \u010detvrtom mjesecu trudno\u0107e, kada se dnevne potrebe trudnice pove\u0107avaju za 340 kalorija. Za vrijeme 7, 8 i 9. mjeseca trudno\u0107e, potreba za kalorijama je ve\u0107a za 450 kalorija nego prije trudno\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Ako uzmemo u obzir da prosje\u010dna dnevna kalorijska vrijednost za \u017eene iznosi oko 2.000, onda nam je jasno u kolikoj je mjeri besmislen mit o &#8220;jedenju za dvoje&#8221; tokom trudno\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, od po\u010detka trudno\u0107e raste <strong>potreba za nutritivnim tvarima<\/strong>, a trudnice imaju pove\u0107anu potrebu za proteinima, kalcijem, cinkom, vitaminom B2, \u017eeljezom, folnom kiselinom i jodom. Iz tog razloga stru\u010dnjaci savjetuju suplementaciju vitamina i minerala ili \u010dak zadovoljenje dnevnih potreba kroz nutritivno bogatu prehranu koja \u0107e omogu\u0107iti unos prijeko potrebnih nutrijenata, a ne\u0107e se bazirati isklju\u010divo na praznim kalorijama i ugljikohidratima kojih je puna brza, nutritivno siroma\u0161na hrana.<\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dnjaci savjetuju da je i u toku trudno\u0107e, kao i uvijek i u svemu, potrebno pridr\u017eavati se pravila &#8220;zlatne sredine&#8221;, tj. jesti svega pomalo i ni\u010dega previ\u0161e.<em>\u00a0<\/em>Trudnicama se savjetuje da jedu redovno, umjerene koli\u010dine raznovrsnih namirnica, te \u0161to vi\u0161e povr\u0107a i vo\u0107a koje je bogato vitaminima neophodnim za razvoj ploda.<\/p>\n<p>Pored toga, potrebno je, ukoliko ne sasvim izbaciti, onda barem pripaziti na koli\u010dinu namirnica kao \u0161to su pr\u017eena hrana, industrijske prera\u0111evine, razni slatki\u0161i i grickalice, kafa, alkohol, te zapakovana hrana puna \u0161tetnih aditiva i konzervanasa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jedna od najve\u0107ih zabluda u vezi trudno\u0107e jeste ona kako trudnice trebaju &#8220;jesti za dvoje&#8221;, budu\u0107i da u sebi nose jo\u0161 jedno \u017eivo bi\u0107e.
