Mozgu je potrebna velika koli\u010dina energije i kisika. Vje\u017ebama \u0107ete ubrzati puls, i tako \u0107e u mozak sti\u0107i vi\u0161e krvi, kisika i ostalih zna\u010dajnih materija, koji su neophodni za njegov nesmetani rad.
