Preporu\u010den dnevni unos je 22 g likopena \u0161to iznosi 8 cherry paradajza ili \u010da\u0161u soka od paradajza. Zamjene za paradajz: lubenica, crveni grejpfrut, japanska jabuka, papaja, guava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mrkva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mrkva sadr\u017ei jedinjenje karotenoid koji sprje\u010dava \u0161irenje kancera, ali i smanjuje rizik od astme i artritisa. Preporu\u010den dnevni unos 1\/2 \u0161olje. Zamene za mrkvu: slatki krompir, bundeva, mango, \u017euta paprika babura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Borovnice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najbogatije su antioksidantima, mogu sprije\u010diti \u0161irenje raka, dijabetes i starenjem stvorene memorijske promjene. Dobre su i za o\u010duvanje kardiovaskularnog sistema jer sadr\u017ee vitamine A i C, a bogate su i vlaknima. Preporu\u010den dnevni unos je 1 \u0161olja svje\u017eih borovnica, ili 1\/2 \u0161olje smrznutih ili su\u0161enih borovnica. Zamjene za borovnice: akai bobice, gro\u017e\u0111e, \u0161ljive, suho gro\u017e\u0111e, jagode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crni grah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve vrste graha su dobre za na\u0161e srce, ali niko ne mo\u017ee da povec\u0301a moc\u0301 mozga kao crni grah.
