Dobra je vijest da se proljetni umor veoma jednostavno lije\u010di uz dovoljnog uzimanja teku\u0107ine, vitamina, tjelesne aktivnosti i boravka na svje\u017eem zraku i zdrava prehrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Simptomi proljetnog umora<\/strong> poput glavobolje, umora, pospanosti, promjena raspolo\u017eenja ili pada koncentracije bitno je razlikovati od kroni\u010dnih smetnji i poreme\u0107aja poput hipoglikemije ili kandidijaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prehrana je samo jedan od koraka intervencije, a pozitivno \u0107e djelovati i svakodnevni boravak na suncu i kretanje, popodnevni odmor, tu\u0161iranje naizmjeni\u010dno toplom i hladnom vodom te uspostavljanje dnevnog bioritma (odlazak na po\u010dinak i bu\u0111enje te redovni obroci svaki dan u isto vrijeme).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proljetni umor i prehrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&gt;&gt;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/proljetni-umor\/\">Kako se nositi s proljetnim umorom<\/a>   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizmu \u0107e u prolje\u0107e posebno dobro do\u0107i kratkotrajni post ili dobro osmi\u0161ljen program detoksikacije. <strong>Tada se uklju\u010duje dovoljno svje\u017eeg vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a i teku\u0107ine u obliku vode, bistrih juha i svje\u017ee iscije\u0111enih sokova te dodataka prehrani koji slu\u017ee izlu\u010divanju skupljenih toksina iz organizma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomo\u0107 mogu pru\u017eiti i biljne mje\u0161avine za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje jetre i bubrega, poput masla\u010dka ili korijena \u010di\u010dka i sljeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preporu\u010dljivo je jesti hranu niskog glikemijskog indeksa da bi se sprije\u010dila nagla hipoglikemija i umor koji je prati. Vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e poput agruma, malina, borovnica, \u0161pinata, blitve i paprika bogato je ovim vitaminom. Manjak vitamina C, osim umora i iscrpljenosti, uzrokuje i smanjenu potro\u0161nju kisika u stanicama, \u0161to dovodi do slabije imunolo\u0161ke obrane organizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamin B<\/strong>: Skupinu <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/B-kompleks\"><strong>vitamina B<\/strong><\/a> \u010dini 8 vitamina koji se jo\u0161 nazivaju i antistresni vitamini. Vitamin B je va\u017ean za funkcionisanje nervnog sistem i stvaranje serotonina \u2013 hormona sre\u0107e, pa tako utje\u010de na na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje. Osim toga, sudjeluje u metabolizmu \u017eeljeza, ugljikohidrata, masti i proteina i na taj na\u010din poma\u017ee u iskori\u0161tavanju energije iz hrane. <strong>Namirnice bogate vitaminom B su meso, riba, iznutrice (jetra), ora\u0161asti plodovi, cjelovite \u017eitarice, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/banana-ljekovitost\/\">banane<\/a>, mlijeko i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/najzdravije-mahunarke\/\">mahunarke<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Magnezij<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/magnezij-kao-lijek\/\"><strong>Magnezij<\/strong><\/a> sudjeluje u procesu stvaranja ATP-a (energije).
