San zapravo na\u0161a tijela priprema za borbu protiv razli\u010ditih infekcija, te ukoliko ga nema dovoljno, nismo sposobni boriti se protiv razli\u010ditih patogena poput virusa i bakterija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nedovoljno sna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje je provedeno na skupini od 22.726 odraslih u periodu od 2005. do 2012. godine, a istra\u017eiva\u010di su posmatrali njihove navike spavanja, kao i u\u010destalost razli\u010ditih infekcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo kako su oni koji su spavali pet sati ili \u010dak i manje imali 17 posto ve\u0107e \u0161anse za prehladu, a te 51 posto ve\u0107e \u0161anse za neku drugu infekciju, u odnosu na one koji su spavali sedam ili vi\u0161e sati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobe kojima je dijagnosticiran poreme\u0107aj spavanja ili insomnija bili su tako\u0111er podlo\u017eniji prehladama i infekcijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>San je nu\u017ean za obnavljanje \u0107elija organizma, te ja\u010da imunolo\u0161ke funkcije na\u0161eg tijela, koje su nam potrebne kako bismo se odbranili od toksina i \u0161tetnih utjecaja iz
