Da bi se izbjegle \u0161pekulacije, iznijet \u0107emo \u010dinjenice o kori\u0161tenju \u201c\u0161e\u0107era\u201d u ishrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije svega, potrebno je razjasniti naziv \u201c\u0161e\u0107er\u201d i u koje ga svrhe koristimo. Isti sinonim koristimo za ugljikohidrate i za bijeli rafinirani \u0161e\u0107er. Ugljikohidrati se dijele na proste i slo\u017eene, stoga govorimo o prostim i slo\u017eenim \u0161e\u0107erima. Ugljikohidrati su glavni sastojak vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a i \u017eitarica. Generalno gledaju\u0107i, ovo su potrebne i hranljivo vrijedne namirnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prosti i slo\u017eeni \u0161e\u0107eri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je u pitanju rafinirani \u0161e\u0107er (saharoza) dobijamo samo prazne kalorije. Razlika je u prisustvu (u vo\u0107u, povr\u0107u i integralnom \u017eitu) i odsustvu (rafinirani proizvodi) biljnih vlakana koja reguliraju pravilan dotok \u0161e\u0107era u krvni sistem, ali i stabilno lu\u010denje inzulina koji razgra\u0111uje \u0161e\u0107er u tom sistemu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istina je da je za pravilno funkcioniranje tijela potrebna energija iz \u0161e\u0107era, ali iz hranljivo vrijednih namirnica kakve su vo\u0107e, povr\u0107e i \u017eitarice. Ako nam je energija potrebna brzo, lako se dobija iz zrelog vo\u0107a koje sadr\u017ei proste \u0161e\u0107ere, ali i hranjive materije. Pod lupom je kontrola unesene koli\u010dine rafiniranog \u0161e\u0107era, koji je obilan u slatki\u0161ima, ali i dodat ve\u0107ini drugih industrijskih proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obi\u010dno mislimo da se rafinirani \u0161e\u0107er dodaje samo u slatki\u0161e. Istina je zapravo da je on dodat mesnim, mlije\u010dnim te pekarskim proizvodima, ali i bezalkoholnim napicima. \u010cak 74 posto procesuirane hrane sadr\u017ei rafinirani \u0161e\u0107er. Stoga, ako i izbacimo slatki\u0161e iz ishrane mogu\u0107e je da ga i dalje unosimo vi\u0161e od preporu\u010denih vrijednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zakon obavezuje proizvo\u0111a\u010de da istaknu sve sastojke na etiketi proizvoda. Na\u017ealost, industrijski \u0161e\u0107er, koji se \u010desto dodaje je pod skrivenim imenima (malteks, dekstroza, ri\u017ein i je\u010dmeni slad, kukuruzni sirup). Va\u017eno je znati da se ovi dodaci u organizmu pona\u0161aju kao i rafinirani \u0161e\u0107er. Proizvo\u0111a\u010di nisu obavezni na etiketi ozna\u010diti koliko je \u0161e\u0107era dodato, a koliko se u proizvodu prirodno nalazi (vo\u0107e, mlijeko).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se du\u017ei period pretjeruje s konzumiranjem rafiniranog \u0161e\u0107era, dolazi do poreme\u0107aja uravnote\u017eene proizvodnje hormona koji slu\u017ee za normalno funkcioniranje organizma. Konzumiranjem \u0161e\u0107era pove\u0107avamo nivo glukoze u krvi, \u0161to dovodi do osloba\u0111anja inzulina iz pankreasa. Previsok nivo inzulina dovodi do formiranja masnih naslaga u tijelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inzulin, tako\u0111er, utje\u010de i na hormon leptin, koji prirodno kontrolira apetit. Leptin javlja mozgu kad je uneseno dovoljno hrane. Usljed neuravnote\u017eenog nivoa inzulina mo\u017ee do\u0107i do leptinske rezistencije, odnosno mozak ne\u0107e \u201c\u010duti\u201d kad treba prestati s jelom.
