Mozak upravlja ve\u0107inom tjelesnih funkcija, pa je va\u017eno u svakodnevnu prehranu uvrstiti upravo hranu koja mu odgovara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pravilna prehrana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ZAPO\u010cNI DAN S DORU\u010cKOM<\/strong><br>Koliko puta ste \u010duli ovu re\u010denicu? Ako se ne mo\u017eete sjetiti, onda stvarno trebate po\u010deti doru\u010dkovati. Mozak treba energiju za izvr\u0161avanje svih zadataka koje mu damo. U vrijeme ispita radi prekovremeno pa mu treba kvalitetna prehrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cjelovite \u017eitarice odli\u010dna su hrana za mozak jer zadovoljavaju potrebu za uravnote\u017eenim izvorom energije. Uz dodatak suhog vo\u0107a i mlijeka savr\u0161en doru\u010dak je spreman u svega nekoliko minuta. Druga, podjednako ukusna opcija su \u2013 jaja. Puna su esencijalnih masnih kiselina, dok \u017eumanjak ima visoku razinu kolina koji pobolj\u0161ava pam\u0107enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ORAH \u2013 GRICKALICA ZA GENIJALCE<\/strong><br>Studentski mix, sastavljen od su\u0161enih gro\u017e\u0111ica, badema, marelica, lje\u0161njaka i oraha nije slu\u010dajno dobio ovo ime. Koliko je prakti\u010dan za konzumaciju za vrijeme u\u010denja, toliko je i zdrav. Dokazano je kako \u0161aka oraha dnevno, mo\u017ee popraviti pam\u0107enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U jednoj ameri\u010dkoj studiji osobe su svaki dan konzumirale 13 grama oraha, nakon \u010dega su mnogo uspje\u0161nije rije\u0161ile kognitivne testove od osoba koje nisu jele orahe. Uz njih, dobar odabir za me\u0111uobroke su borovnice. Ovo ljubi\u010dasto vo\u0107e je super hrana za mozak \u010dije redovito konzumiranje ne samo da poti\u010de pam\u0107enje, ve\u0107 obnavlja sje\u0107anja. Ne mo\u017eete li bez slatkog, dobre vijesti. Tamna \u010dokolada s visokim postotkom kakaa, svakodnevno konzumirana, pobolj\u0161ava cirkulaciju u mozgu i podi\u017ee raspolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160TO PREDLA\u017dU STUDENTI?<\/strong><br>Ve\u0107ina biv\u0161ih studenta, pa tako i onih s Visoke poslovne \u0161kole Zagreb, neke stvari iz vremena polaganja ispita bi promijenila, pa i prehranu. Evo \u0161to, iz dana\u0161nje perspektive, savjetuju pojesti prije ispita. Za po\u010detak, strogo je zabranjeno \u2013 ujutro konzumirati samo kavu. Pojedite ne\u0161to!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201cZobene pahuljice sa svje\u017eim vo\u0107em i bijela kava \u2013 recept za elegantno polaganje ispita. Odli\u010dna taktika, ali na\u017ealost u praksi nije bila tako ba\u0161 \u010desta pojava.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPopr\u017eiti luk, malo pancete, dodati jaje ili dva \u2013 genijalno! Do\u0111em na ispit, porazim sve i od\u0161etam na kavu.\u201d<br>\u201cTost sa \u0161unkom i sirom, kuhano jaje, i slatki kraj \u2013 red crne \u010dokolade. Uvijek su mi govorili da pobolj\u0161ava pam\u0107enje. A i imala sam izgovor za jesti slatko.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na kraju, ne zaboravite ukusne obroke podijeliti s prijateljima. Na mozak, uz hranu, utje\u010de i dru\u017eenje.
