Mnogi ljudi koji pate od stresa upravo zbog toga imaju problema sa spavanjem, jer je to breme najte\u017ee po mo\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tehnike spavanja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Budu\u0107i da stres skra\u0107uje udisaje i izdisaje te da disanje pod stresom postaje plitko, ljudi pod stresom i oni koji pate od anksioznosti ukupno gledaju manje di\u0161u od onih koji se ne mu\u010de s tim pojavama. Neki od njih \u010dak podsvjesno znaju i zadr\u017eavati svoj dah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Andrew Weil, pisac mnogih best-sellera i doktor medicine sa Harvarda, svima onima koji imaju problema s nesanicom predla\u017ee da se poslu\u017ee tehnikom &#8216;4-7-8&#8217; kako bi se rije\u0161ili nesanice uzrokovane stresom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vje\u017eba &#8216;4-7-8&#8217; izvodi se na sljede\u0107i na\u010din:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Stavite vrh jezika na zubno meso koje s nalazi iza va\u0161ih gornjih zubiju bli\u017ee nepcu. Dr\u017eite ga tamo tijekom trajanja vje\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Izdahnite u potpunosti kroz usta, proizvode\u0107i zvuk dok to radite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Zatvorite svoja usta i udahnite sporo kroz nos dok brojite do \u010detiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Dr\u017eite dah dok brojite do sedam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
