Oni su bogati vlaknima, proteinim, antioksidansima i odre\u0111enim vitaminima koji poti\u010du probavi, poma\u017eu u mr\u0161avljenju i spre\u010davaju sr\u010dane bolesti, rak i druge tegobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovoj ekstremno velikoj studiji, istra\u017eiva\u010di s Harvarda analizirali su prehrambene navike 800.000 odraslih ljudi. Zaklju\u010dili su da samo 16 g cijelih \u017eitarica u porciji smanjuje rizik od umiranja od sr\u010danih bolesti za 9 posto. Tih 16 g je jedna \u0161nita kruha, mala zdjelica muesli, zobi ili pola \u0161alice integralne tjestenine ili ri\u017ee. Odrasli koji su jeli tri porcije na dan, \u0161to je 48 grama, imali su rizik od umiranja od sr\u010danih bolesti manji za 25 posto, a rizik od raka za 14 posto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Porcija
