Ljetne vru\u0107ine zaista su opasne za na\u0161e zdravlje, ali uz pravilnu njegu ko\u017ee i sklanjanje sa sunca puno nam mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i i hrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taj utjecaj mo\u017eemo ubla\u017eiti promjenom \u017eivotnih navika i prehrane. Ljeti se sunce punom snagom obru\u0161ava na zemlju, isparava nakupljenu vlagu i stvara obilje vru\u0107ine i suho\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljeti birajte slatku, vla\u017enu, hladnu i te\u010dnu hranu, poput mlije\u010dnih napitaka, ri\u017ee, vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a. Sok od aloe vere je odli\u010dan biljni tonik za ljeto, poma\u017ee jetri i hladi organizam. Budite umjereni kad je u pitanju previ\u0161e za\u010dinjena, ljuta, vru\u0107a, paprena, kisela, masna i slana hrana. Ali, to joj nije jedina prednost. Njena jarko crvena nijansa zna\u010di da je koncentrirani izvor likopena, sastojka koji \u010duva na\u0161e srce (tako\u0111e ga ima u paradajzu). Budite kreativni sa sastojcima: svo povr\u0107e se mo\u017ee kombinirati, vo\u0107e je dobrodo\u0161lo, a proteini (tuna, tvrdo kuhana jaja, ostatak pe\u010dene piletine) i zdrave masti (avokado i ora\u0161asti plodovi) pretvaraju je u hranjiv obrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Svje\u017ei krastavci<\/strong><br>\u010cak 90 posto svje\u017eih krastavaca \u010dini voda, pa su idealni za svaki dan. Sadr\u017ee vlakna i vitamin C, a smanjuju i znojenje. Ubacite ih u svoj dnevni meni, i vrlo brzo \u0107ete uo\u010diti pobolj\u0161anja u svojem organizmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Patlid\u017ean<\/strong><br>Ima sve odlike zdrave hrane: mno\u0161tvo vlakana i vode, i malo kalorija.
