Brojne studije su pokazale da su oni ljudi koji su imali dovoljno sna konzumirali manje porcije hrane i uz to nisu imali veliku \u017eelju za konzumacijom slatki\u0161a i gaziranih pi\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rizik od dijabetesa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S hroni\u010dnom neispavano\u0161\u0107u pove\u0107ava se i rizik od dijabetesa tipa 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smanjeni libido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I mu\u0161karci i \u017eene manje su zainteresovani za seks kada su neispavani. I to ne samo zbog toga \u0161to su umorni ve\u0107 je to povezano sa hormonima.
