Mediteranska<a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prehrana\"><strong> prehrana<\/strong><\/a> ve\u0107 se dulje vrijeme diljem svijeta smatra me\u0111u najzdravijim na\u010dinima prehrane. No, \u0161to je to zapravo <strong>mediteranska dijeta<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvo i osnovno ne radi se o popisu namirnica koje je samo potrebno pripremiti po odre\u0111enom receptu i pojesti kako biste bili sigurni da \u0107e va\u0161a ku\u0107na vaga pokazivati zadovoljavaju\u0107e brojke. Pored toga, mediteranski na\u010din prehrane, usprkos svom imenu sve manje ima veze s prehrambenim obi\u010dajima ljudi koji \u017eive na jugu Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ustanovljeno je da ljudi koji slijede tradicionalni obrazac mediteranske prehrane vi\u0161estruko manje obolijevaju od kroni\u010dnih bolesti, posebno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/lijek-za-srce-i-krvne-sudove\/\"><strong>bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila<\/strong><\/a>. Prete\u017eno se takva prehrana zadr\u017eavala na podru\u010dju Mediterana, a malo se razlikovala od zemlje do zemlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mediteranska dijeta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>U \u010demu je tajna<\/strong>? Mediteranska dijeta je zasnovana na ruralnom na\u010dinu \u017eivotu koji je omogu\u0107avao da ljudi jedu ono \u0161to sami uzgoje, a pritom su fizi\u010dki vrlo aktivni dok rade na svojim farmama ili love ribu na svojim \u010damcima. Takav na\u010din \u017eivota ubrzano nestaje i zamjenjuje ga \u017eivot koji provodimo sjede\u0107i, bez obzira jesmo li na poslu ili kod ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UN je prepoznao promjenu trenda koja tradicionalni na\u010din \u017eivota u Sredozemlju svrstava me\u0111u ugro\u017eene pojave, uvrstiv\u0161i 2013. godine na popis nematerijalne kulturne ba\u0161tine UNESCO-a mediteranski na\u010din prehrane na Cipru, u Hrvatskoj, \u0160panjolskoj, Gr\u010dkoj, Italiji, Maroku i Portugalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mediteranska prehrana namirnice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to se namirnica ti\u010de, <strong>pravila mediteranske prehrane<\/strong> uklju\u010duje velike koli\u010dine <strong>vo\u0107a<\/strong> i <strong>povr\u0107a<\/strong>, mno\u0161tvo razli\u010ditih vrsta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/najzdravije-mahunarke\/\">mahunarki<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>integralnih \u017eitarica<\/strong> i posebno se temelji na <strong>maslinovo ulje<\/strong> i <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/dobrobiti-crnog-vina\/\">crno vino<\/a><\/strong>. Dakako, tu je i riba, ovisno koliko blizu mora \u017eivite. No, jede se i piletina, jaja, manje koli\u010dine mlije\u010dnih proizvoda kao \u0161to je jogurt i sir, crveno meso i slatki\u0161i jedu se rijetko. Obrok uklju\u010duje i ispijanje manje koli\u010dine vina, a konzumacija tijesta, kruha i krumpira varira ovisno o regiji u kojoj se nalazite. Klju\u010dno je da hrana koju jedete nema konzervansa, ve\u0107 da su namirnice koje pripremate svje\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dokazano je da dugotrajna konzumacija <strong>mediteranske prehrane<\/strong> ima pozitivne u\u010dinke na: smanjenje pojave <strong>kardiovaskularnih bolesti<\/strong>, smanjenje <strong>pojave raka<\/strong>, smanjenje pojave neurodegenerativnih bolesti, smanjeni rizik od razvoja <strong>dijabetesa tipa 2<\/strong>, <strong>du\u017ei \u017eivotni vijek<\/strong>, pobolj\u0161ano disanje, <strong>smanjenje pove\u0107ane tjelesne mase<\/strong> i odr\u017eavanje zdrave tjelesne mase, <strong>pobolj\u0161anje zdravlja o\u010diju<\/strong> i usne \u0161upljine, pove\u0107anje plodnosti&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediteranska dijeta bazira se na zdravim, mediteranskim sastojcima a to su:<br><strong>Povr\u0107e<\/strong> &#8211; paradajz, brokuli, spana\u0107, luk, \u0161argarepa, krastavac, tikvice, krompir<br><strong>Vo\u0107e<\/strong> &#8211; pomorand\u017ee, grejpfrut, lubenice, dinje, jagode, jabuke, mandarine<br><strong>Ko\u0161tunjavi plodovi<\/strong> &#8211; badem, lje\u0161njak, orah, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/pistacije-za-zdravlje\/\"><strong>pistacia<\/strong><\/a>, sjeme bundeve i suncokreta<br><strong>Mahunarke<\/strong> &#8211; pasulj, le\u0107a, leblebije (slanutak)<br><strong>\u017ditarice sa cijelim zrnom<\/strong> (integralne \u017eitarice) pirina\u010d, kukuruzno bra\u0161no, ra\u017eeno bra\u0161no<br><strong>Riba i morski plodovi<\/strong> &#8211; \u0161koljke, lignje, rakovi, tunjevina, morska riba<br><strong>Meso<\/strong> &#8211; koko\u0161ije, gu\u0161\u010dije, june\u0107e, jagnje\u0107e<br><strong>Jaja<\/strong><br><strong>Mlije\u010dni proizvodi<\/strong> &#8211; sir, jogurt<br><strong>Za\u010dine<\/strong> &#8211; bijeli luk, nana, ruzmrin, cimet, miro\u0111ija, per\u0161un<br><strong>Zdrave masno\u0107e<\/strong> &#8211; hladno ocije\u0111enoj maslinovo ulje<br><strong>Velike koli\u010dine vode<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kori\u0161tenje ovih namirnica je klju\u010d za gubljenje kilograma i dobro zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pravila mediteranske prehrane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediteransku dijetu ne \u010dine samo namirnice, ve\u0107, kako je to istaknuo UNESCO &#8211; skup vje\u0161tina, znanja, rituala, simbola i tradicija u vezi usjeva, \u017eetve, ribarenja, lova, \u010duvanja hrane, pripreme, kuhanja i naro\u010dito dijeljenja i ku\u0161anja hrane. Jesti zajedno je osnova kulturalnog identita i kontinuiteta zajednica diljem mediteranskog bazena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas je poznato da zajedni\u010dki obiteljski obroci poma\u017eu ljudima da se pravilno hrane i izbjegavaju pretjerivanje, dok je navika tv &#8211; ve\u010dera povezana s pretilo\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priznanje mediteranske prehrane u me\u0111unarodnim razmjerima zapo\u010delo je 50-ih godina 20. stolje\u0107a, kada je ameri\u010dki znanstvenik Ancel Keys iz Minnesote posjetio Napulj i tamo doznao da je stopa sr\u010danog udara me\u0111u radnicima vrlo niska, dok su radnici u SAD-u bili znatno pogo\u0111eni tim oboljenjem. Njegovo prou\u010davanje tog fenomena dovelo je do ra\u0111anje &#8216;Studije sedam zemalja&#8217;, velikog istra\u017eiva\u010dkog projekta koji \u017eivi i danas.
