Savjetuje i da stavite jastuk izme\u0111u nogu, kako bi se smanjio pritisak na donji dio le\u0111a i kukove.<\/p>\n<p>Spavanje na trbuhu je predmet dugogodi\u0161nje rasprave me\u0111u stru\u010dnjacima. To je brzo rje\u0161enje za hrkanje, kao i za one koji pate od apneje.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, kada spavamo na trbuhu, kralje\u017enica nije u normalnom polo\u017eaju, a mogu\u0107a posljedica su bolovi u vratu.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, nije dobro ni to \u0161to u ovom polo\u017eaju \u201czabijemo\u201d lice u jastuke jer to pospje\u0161uje nastanak bora i pri\u0161ti\u0107a.
