Hrana koju jedemo mnogo utje\u010de na zdravlje ko\u017ee. Ukoliko \u017eelite da je odr\u017eite zdravom, potrebno je znati koje namirnice \u0161tete ko\u017ei i imaju negativan utjecaj na ko\u017eu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111u najlo\u0161ijim namirnicama jeste \u0161e\u0107er, me\u0111utim nisu sve vrste \u0161e\u0107era jednako lo\u0161e, a vo\u0107ni \u0161e\u0107eri daleko su bolji izbor od \u0161e\u0107era iz slatki\u0161a i prera\u0111ene hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rafinirani \u0161e\u0107er je posebno lo\u0161 pa umjesto raznih slatkih grickalica radije izaberite gro\u017e\u0111ice ili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/zasto-je-jabuka-zdrava\/\"><strong>jabuke<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Namirnice koje \u0161tete ko\u017ei<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mlije\u010dni proizvodi<\/strong> mo\u017eda su zdravi za nas, ali na na\u0161u ko\u017eu mogu lo\u0161e djelovati jer mogu biti puni hormona rasta koji ulazi u krvotok i mogu uzrokovati <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ko%C5%BEa\"><strong>upale na ko\u017ei<\/strong><\/a> te pojavu bubuljica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim toga, trebali biste izbjegavati <strong>prera\u0111ene sokove<\/strong>, i <strong>gazirane i vo\u0107ne<\/strong>, jer su puni \u0161e\u0107era i ne sadr\u017ee vlakna koja poma\u017eu tijelu da preradi \u0161e\u0107ere. Budu\u0107i da ljudi danas konzumiraju vi\u0161e biljnih ulja (npr. suncokretovo ulje), ravnote\u017ea omega masnih kiselina u organizmu se promijenila u korist omega- 6 kiselina.
