Razvija se u dje\u010djoj dobi, a o\u0161te\u0107uje zube i desni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procjenjuje se da 30 posto djece, 45 posto tinejd\u017eera i 10 posto odraslih grize nokte. Podloga ove navike je psiholo\u0161ke naravi: stres, nervoza, frustracija i napetost poti\u010du poriv za grickanjem noktiju, no naoko bezazlena navika mo\u017ee imati lo\u0161e posljedice za zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U to se, dodaje, ubrajaju sve aktivnosti poput stiskanja, \u0161kripanja zuba, sisanja palca, grickanja olovke, obraza, koje tako\u0111er mogu izazvati lo\u0161e posljedice za zdravlje zuba i desni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grickanjem noktiju<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prilikom grickanja noktiju zubi su u polo\u017eaju brid na brid, \u0161to tijekom godina mo\u017ee dovesti do njihova nepravilnog tro\u0161enja, lo\u0161eg polo\u017eaja prednjih zubi i puknu\u0107a. Osim toga, mogu postati izobli\u010deni te se vrlo \u010desto mogu stvoriti infekcije desni. Stoga taj problem nipo\u0161to ne bismo smjeli zanemarivati, iako je naviku te\u0161ko iskorijeniti jer je \u010desto povezana i sa psiholo\u0161kim stanjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osim \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do o\u0161te\u0107enja na zubima, grickanje noktiju \u010desto dovodi do poreme\u0107aja u \u010deljusnom zglobu, \u0161to za posljedicu ima promjene u zagrizu, a s tim i promjene u \u017eva\u010dnoj funkciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovisno o mogu\u0107nosti adaptacije zgloba, pacijent mo\u017ee, ali ne mora, razviti \u0161kljocanja ili bolove u podru\u010dju zgloba. Kod djece je mogu\u0107nost adaptacije velika i rijetko se javljaju spomenuti simptomi, no kod odraslih je ta mogu\u0107nost znatno smanjena, te se zglob naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e prilago\u0111ava destrukcijom, odnosno dolazi do o\u0161te\u0107enja zglobnih povr\u0161ina i o\u0161te\u0107enja zuba, koje vidimo kao tro\u0161enje. Jednostavno re\u010deno, pacijenti koji grizu nokte imaju ve\u0107u mogu\u0107nost o\u0161te\u0107enja zuba i \u010deljusnog zgloba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160tetnost grickanja noktiju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/ne-pipaj-7-dijelova-tijela-koje-ne-smijete-dirati-golim-rukama\/\">Bakterije ispod noktiju<\/a><\/strong> dodatni su problem jer se prenose u organizam, te ako je imunitet oslabljen, dolazi do razvoja bolesti. Osim bakterija, vrlo \u010desto se na neopranim rukama djece mogu na\u0107i i brojni paraziti, kao primjerice gliste, koje tako\u0111er tim putem ulaze u organizam i izazivaju bolest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dodaje kako su odrasli danas vrlo \u010desto izlo\u017eeni stresnim situacijama koje nerijetko imaju za posljedicu bruksizam i stiskanje zuba, \u0161to dovodi do razli\u010ditog intenziteta tro\u0161enja zuba, nepravilnog zagriza i \u017evakanja, \u0161kljocanja u zglobu te glavobolja i migrenoznih glavobolja, promjena dr\u017eanja i polo\u017eaja glave, pa i bolova u vratu i muskulaturi lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grickanje noktiju uzrokuje i parafunkcijske pokrete donje \u010deljusti, koji se na isti na\u010din odra\u017eavaju na zdravlje zgloba. Iako se u dje\u010djoj dobi manje susre\u0107emo s bruksizmom, kad ga dijagnosticiramo, ne smijemo ga zanemariti nego provesti temeljitu dijagnostiku i prona\u0107i uzrok problema koji se \u010desto krije u preranom kontaktu na nekom zubu. Pacijentu se tada izra\u0111uju udlage kojima se posti\u017ee reprogramiranje i opu\u0161tanje mi\u0161i\u0107a i postavljanje zgloba u pravilan polo\u017eaj. Kad se to postigne, nastupa ortodontska, protetska ili kirur\u0161ka rehabilitacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ranice oko noktiju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podru\u010dje ispod noktiju prepuno je bakterija, poput E. coli i virusa, koje grizenjem unosimo u organizam. Virusne bradavice \u010desto se pojavljuju na prstima. Lako se prenose, pa stalnim stavljanjem prsta u usta mo\u017eemo pro\u0161iriti bradavice po licu i ustima. No trganje mekih tkiva oko nokta zubima stvorit \u0107e ranice i oko noktiju, \u0161to mo\u017ee rezultirati crvenilom, oteklinama i gnojenjem jer su ogoljeni izgri\u017eeni nokti podlo\u017eni infekcijama &#8211; upozorava dr. Martina Matlekovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lakovi za nokte ili lije\u010dni\u010dka pomo\u0107<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Djeca i odrasli nesvjesno grizu nokte i nije lako zaustaviti tu naviku. U ljekarnama postoje gorki lakovi za nokte koji mogu pomo\u0107i u odvikavanju od grizenja noktiju ili sisanja palca. Ako se i nakon toga nastavi sa starim navikama, potrebno je potra\u017eiti lije\u010dni\u010dku pomo\u0107, upozorava dr. Matlekovi\u0107. Pomo\u0107 lije\u010dnika uvijek je bolji izbor od toga da dje\u010dje prste ma\u017eete octom, crvenom paprikom ili limunom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poma\u017eu vje\u017ebe disanja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad sljede\u0107i put osjetite potrebu grickanja noktiju, poku\u0161ajte izvoditi vje\u017ebu vizualizacije i vje\u017ebe disanja. Naime, istra\u017eivanja pokazuju kako se pod noktima mogu prona\u0107i bakterije iz porodice stafilokoka, streptokoka te korineformne bakterije \u2013 zamislite ih kao odvratne male gmazove koji ulaze u va\u0161a usta. Umjesto da im grickanjem noktiju \u201cotvorite\u201d put, radije obavite vje\u017ebu dubokog disanja: Pet puta duboko udahnite i izdahnite, broje\u0107i do 4 pri udahu i do 6 pri izdahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Top 5 savjeta za savladavanje grizenja noktiju:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Vo\u0111enje dnevnika<\/strong><br>Kako biste prepoznali u kojim situacijama naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e grizete nokte, vodite dnevnik i u njega zapisujte je li to onda kad vam je dosadno, ispred TV-a, ili kad ste u stresnoj situaciji&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Zabavite ruke<\/strong><br>Kad vas uhvati nervoza, zabavite ruke drugim stvarima: Nau\u010dite plesti, dr\u017eite u ruci kuglicu plastelina pa izra\u0111ujte oblike, nabavite antistresnu lopticu ili rje\u0161avajte kri\u017ealjke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Poma\u017ee flaster<\/strong><br>Zamotajte prste flasterima ili trakom ljepljivom s obje strane &#8211; tako \u0107ete te\u017ee do\u0107i do noktiju, a okus \u0107e vam biti neugodan. Stariji mogu isprobati narodne trikove umakanja prstiju u crvenu papriku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
