{"id":2217,"date":"2012-08-17T23:56:58","date_gmt":"2012-08-17T22:56:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=2217"},"modified":"2023-12-13T22:47:47","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T21:47:47","slug":"popodnevno-drijemanje-blagotvorno-za-srce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/popodnevno-drijemanje-blagotvorno-za-srce\/","title":{"rendered":"Popodnevno drijemanje blagotvorno za srce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Redovni popodnevni odmor \u010dini dobro srcu, utvrdili su stru\u010dnjaci s atinskog Medicinskog fakulteta. \u0160estogodi\u0161nja studija obavljena je na gotovo 24.000 zdravih Grka starosti od 20 do 86 godina, od kojih je polovina imala naviku da po podne malo odspava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ispostavilo se da su oni ispitanici koji su bar tri puta nedjeljno po podne \u201edrijemnuli\u201d najmanje 30 minuta bili izlo\u017eeni za 37% manjem riziku da umru od sr\u010dane bolesti, od onih koji nisu imali tu naviku, izvje\u0161tava agencija Rojters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kategoriji zaposlenih mu\u0161karaca, blagodat popodnevnog odmora bila je jo\u0161 izra\u017eenija, \u0161to ukazuje da se \u201ednevni spava\u010di\u201d kroz san osloba\u0111aju dijela stresa nakupljenog na poslu i time smanjuju optere\u0107enje koje podnosi njihovo srce.
