Postoje razli\u010dita mi\u0161ljenja o kalorijskim vrijednostima kafe i \u010daja, no ameri\u010dki stru\u010dnjaci ka\u017eu da su oba napitka gotovo beskalori\u010dna. Ali problem je u dodacima, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e mlijeku, \u0161e\u0107eru, a \u010desto i \u0161lagu.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-paragraph-padding-4\">\n<p>Dakle, kada se u kavu dodaju mlijeko ili \u0161e\u0107er, ili jo\u0161 gore, oboje, kava postaje izrazito kalori\u010dno pi\u0107e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Znanstvenici ka\u017eu da je tijekom studije koju su proveli, 68 posto kavopija i 33 posto ljuitelja \u010daja odgovorilo da te napitke piju uz kalori\u010dne dodatke.<\/p>\n<p>U usporedbi s onima koji kafu vole gorku i crnu, osobe koje su u napitak dodavale razne dodatke svakodnevno su u organizam unosile 69 kcal, objavili su znanstvenici u \u010dasopisu Public Health. A oni koji piju \u010daj s mlijekom ili \u0161e\u0107erom svakodnevno konzumiraju 43 kcal vi\u0161e u usporedbi s onima koji ga piju bez dodataka.<\/p>\n<h3>Postupno dodavanje kila<\/h3>\n<p>Iako se broj kalorija koje se na taj na\u010din unose u organizam ne \u010dini velikim, postupno i sasvim neprimjetno mo\u017ee rezultirati pove\u0107anjem te\u017eine, upozorio je voditelj studije Ruopeng An, asistent na odjelu kineziologije sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Illinois.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNa\u0161e je istra\u017eivanje pokazalo da ljudi svakodnevno u organizam unose vi\u0161e kalorija nego \u0161to im je potrebno, a da toga nisu svjesni\u201d, rekao je An.<\/p>\n<p>Tijekom istra\u017eivanja kori\u0161teni su podaci iz ranijih studija kojima je obuhva\u0107eno vi\u0161e od 13.000 kavopija i vi\u0161e od 6200 osoba koje su svakodnevno konzumirale \u010daj. Studija je obuhvatila razdoblje izme\u0111u 2001. i 2012. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Pokazalo se da ve\u0107ina kavopija u svoje tople napitke dodaje \u0161e\u0107er, mlijeko, vrhnje, \u0161lag\u2026 Ljubitelji \u010daja \u010de\u0161\u0107e su dodavali \u0161e\u0107er, med ili punomasno mlijeko.<\/p>\n<p>U oba slu\u010daja ve\u0107ina kalorija dolazi iz \u0161e\u0107era, potom iz mlije\u010dnih masti. Savjet znanstvenika i nutricionista je \u2013 pripazite \u0161to sve dodajete u kavu ili \u010daj.
