Me\u0111utim, ova pseudo\u017eitarica je i dobar izvor proteina. Za razliku od drugih sli\u010dnih biljnih izvora bjelan\u010devina, kinoa sadr\u017ei svih devet esencijalnih amino kiselina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U sto grama kinoe nalazi se \u010detiri grama proteina i oko 370 kcal. Ukoliko je budete unosili umjesto tjestenine, ri\u017ee&nbsp;i hljeba, u\u010dinit \u0107ete ne\u0161to dobro za svoje zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u010cia sjemenke<\/strong> -\u010cia sjemenke su dobar izvor vlakana, \u017eeljeza, kalcijuma, magnezijuma i cinka, a uz to i bjelan\u010devina i omega 3 masnih kiselina. Ako \u017eelite da poja\u010date svoje vo\u0107ne i povr\u0107ne u\u017eine nekom namirnicom bogatom proteinima, umo\u010dite ih u kikiriki puter.
