Manje se kre\u0107emo i bavimo fizi\u010dkim aktivnostima umjesto vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a jedemo mnogo takozvane brze hrane, pa ne \u010dudi \u0161to se kilogrami prosto \u201clijepe\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Savjeta kako da se smr\u0161a ima na pretek, ali mnogi nutricionisti savjetuju da je najbolja ona dijeta u kojoj se iz ishrane ne isklju\u010duje ni jedna namirnica, pojedine od njih valja samo svesti na najmanju mogu\u0107u mjeru. Ovo se odnosi na rafinisane \u0161e\u0107ere i masti \u017eivotinjskog porijekla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Savjeti \u0161ta jesti da bi se smr\u0161alo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da bi lak\u0161e sastavili jelovnik dobro je znati koliko kalorija imaju pojedine namirnice. Jaja sadr\u017ee 77 kalorija, od toga \u017eumance 61, a bjelance 16 kalorija. Sto grama putera ima \u010dak 700 kalorija, biljna ulja u istoj koli\u010dini oko 890 kalorija, margarin 700 kalorija. U sto grama sireva ima od 280 kalorija, u siru kamamber, pa do 400 u parmezanu. Decilitar mlijeka ima 64 kalorije, a u mlijeku bez masno\u0107a 34 kalorije. U istoj koli\u010dini jogurta ima oko 70 kalorija ukoliko se radi o jogurtu od punomasnog mlijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kafena ka\u0161i\u010dica senfa ima samo 11 kalorija, dok supena ka\u0161ika majoneza sadr\u017ei 100 kalorija. Pola \u010da\u0161e soje sosa sadr\u017ei 102 kalorije koliko ima i ka\u0161ika tartar sosa. Ka\u0161ika ke\u010dapa ima 17 kalorija. Ukoliko \u017eelite da u\u0161tedite na kalorijama bolje je da jedete dvopek umjesto svje\u017eeg hljeba, jer jedno par\u010de ima svega 30 do 35 kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, bez obzira na kalorije treba po\u0161tovati neka va\u017ena pravila ukoliko \u017eelite da smr\u0161ate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ishrana mora da bude raznovrsna ali u manjim koli\u010dinama od uobi\u010dajenih. Dnevno ne bi trebalo unositi vi\u0161e od 1500 kalorija, sem ukoliko se ne bavite te\u017eim fizi\u010dkim aktivnostima pa tako tro\u0161ite daleko vi\u0161e kalorija od onih ljudi \u010diji je posao vezan za sjedenje. Potrebno je jesti polako, dobro \u017evakati hranu i izbjegavati obrok ukoliko ste nervozni ili u stresu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valja se prvo smiriti, koncentrisati na hranu i odvojiti dovoljno vremena za obrok. Ne treba zaboraviti da se dnevno popije najmanje dvije litre vode. Tri do pet obroka dnevno treba da budu sastavljeni od vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a.
