{"id":2621,"date":"2012-08-20T19:30:13","date_gmt":"2012-08-20T18:30:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=2621"},"modified":"2023-12-13T23:13:29","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T22:13:29","slug":"povrce-cuva-pamcenje-u-starosti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/povrce-cuva-pamcenje-u-starosti\/","title":{"rendered":"Povr\u0107e \u010duva pam\u0107enje u starosti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Stru\u010dnjaci Medicinskog centra \u010dika\u0161kog Ra\u0161 univerziteta ustanovili su da redovno konzumiranje ve\u0107ih koli\u010dina povr\u0107a znatno smanjuje probleme sa pam\u0107enjem u starijim godinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tokom \u0161estogodi\u0161njeg istra\u017eivanja, koje je obavio ameri\u010dki tim, pokazalo se da su stariji ljudi, koji su prijavljivali kako dnevno pojedu 2,8 porcija povr\u0107a, za 40% manje patili od gubitka pam\u0107enja i drugih oblika mentalnog opadanja od onih ispitanika koji su tokom dana konzumirali manje od jedne porcije povr\u0107a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tim sa pomenutog Univerziteta pratio je 3.718 ljudi starosti od 65 i vi\u0161e godina, koji su popunjavali upitnike o tome \u0161ta jedu, a uz to su bar dva puta godi\u0161nje tokom trajanja studije radili testove mentalnih sposobnosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najmanji gubitak memorije registrovan je kod onih ispitanika koji su jeli najvi\u0161e zelenog lisnatog povr\u0107a, potom kod onih koji su konzumirali najvi\u0161e \u017eutog povr\u0107a, kao \u0161to je bundeva, a zatim kod ljubitelja povr\u0107a iz roda krsta\u0161ica &#8211; brokolija, karfiola, kupusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povr\u0107e za bolje pam\u0107enje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Konzumiranje mahunarki, kao \u0161to su so\u010divo ili kikiriki, prema ovom istra\u017eivanju ima najmanje povoljnog dejstva na o\u010duvanje memorije, dok jedenje vo\u0107a nema nikakvo o\u010digledno dejstvo na pam\u0107enje&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nau\u010dnici, ipak, napominju da je mogu\u0107e da ima nekih vrsta vo\u0107a koje djeluju povoljno na mentalne funkcije i podsje\u0107aju na jednu raniju studiju bostonskog Univerziteta Tafts, koja je pokazala da povoljno dejstvo na tom planu imaju jagodi\u010dasto i bobi\u010dasto vo\u0107e.
