{"id":2672,"date":"2012-08-20T20:47:42","date_gmt":"2012-08-20T19:47:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/narodnilijek.com\/web\/?p=2672"},"modified":"2023-12-17T00:01:33","modified_gmt":"2023-12-16T23:01:33","slug":"spavanje-utice-na-tjelesnu-tezinu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/spavanje-utice-na-tjelesnu-tezinu\/","title":{"rendered":"Spavanje uti\u010de na tjelesnu te\u017einu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Vrijeme provedeno u spavanju mo\u017ee uticati na tjelesnu te\u017einu ljudi, ukazala je jedna studija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija na\u010dinjena na osnovu analize ljudi koji \u017eive u selima, ima rezultate sli\u010dne kao i studije sprovedene u gradskim i prigradskim podru\u010djima: nedovoljno spavanje mo\u017ee imati ulogu u pove\u0107anju stope gojaznosti me\u0111u stanovni\u0161tvom SAD. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di ukazuju da kratko spavanje mo\u017ee uticati na nivo dva hormona koji kontroli\u0161u te\u017einu: na smanjenje nivoa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.narodnilijek.com\/web\/leptin-hormon-sitosti\/\"><strong>leptina<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; hormona povezanog sa osje\u0107ajem sitosti, i na pove\u0107anje nivoa grelina &#8211; hormona povezanog sa osje\u0107ajem gladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nedovoljno spavanje deblja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nil D. BMI predstavlja odnos te\u017eine i visine, pri \u010demu je 20-25 normalno, 25-30 je te\u0161ko, a preko 30 se smatra gojaznim.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su na uzorku od 990 zaposlenih odraslih \u017eitelja sela u poljoprivrednom dijelu savezne dr\u017eave Ajova, utvrdili postojanje direktne povezanosti izme\u0111u visokog BMI i manje spavanja. Prosje\u010dan BMI bio je 30,24 me\u0111u onima koji su spavali manje od \u0161est sati dnevno, a 28,25 me\u0111u onima koji su spavali du\u017ee od devet sati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kohatsu i saradnici pretpostavljaju da \u201eumjerena, ali trajna promjena trajanja spavanja mo\u017ee imati klini\u010dki zna\u010dajan uticaj na te\u017einu\u201d.
