Pojedine su namirnice osobito bogate materijama koje ko\u017eu hrane i \u0161tite iznutra i tako sprje\u010davaju nastanak bora, ali i mnogo opasnije promjene na ko\u017ei koje mogu dovesti do raka ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pijte mnogo te\u010dnosti i jedite ribu, maslinovo ulje, vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e i va\u0161a \u0107e ko\u017ea ostati svje\u017ea i zdrava. Sun\u010deve zrake mogu \u0161tetno uticati i na o\u010di. \u010cuvajte njihovo zdravlje i nekoliko puta nedjeljno jedite hranu bogatu luteinom kao \u0161to su kelj i spana\u0107. Lutein \u0161titi mre\u017enicu oka od uticaja UV zraka&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ishrana protiv UV zraka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Mrkva je bogata beta karotenom koji sprje\u010dava UV zrake da prodiru u dublje slojeve ko\u017ee. Jedno je istra\u017eivanje pokazalo da uzimanje 25 mg beta karotena (jedna i po mrkva) tokom 12 nedjelja prije izlaganja suncu stvara prirodnu za\u0161titu ko\u017ee poput kreme za\u0161titnog faktora 2-4.<br>* Jetrice sadr\u017ee mnogo bakra i vitamina B6 koji poma\u017eu u stvaranju melanina, pigmenta ko\u017ee koji je \u0161titi od sunca. Ona je opasna za ko\u017eu jer uti\u010de na gubitak njene elasti\u010dnosti.<br>* Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da masno\u0107e iz riba \u0161tite od UVA i UVB zraka tako \u0161to smanjuju nivo materija koje uzrokuju opekotine na ko\u017ei. Jedite barem jednom do dvaput nedjeljno ribu bogatu masno\u0107ama kao \u0161to su losos, sku\u0161a i sardele.<br>* Jabuke su dobar izvor flavonoida. Oni \u010dine grupu antioksidansa koji djeluju protiv slobodnih radikala koji nastaju pod uticajem UV zraka i odgovorni su za nastanak opekotina i raka ko\u017ee. Njihovom nastajanju pridonosi izlaganje suncu.<br>* Prema jednoj studiji, ljudi koji jedu mnogo suhih \u0161ljiva imaju manje bora na podru\u010djima koji su izlo\u017eeni suncu. \u0160ljive su bogat izvor antioksidansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beta karoten<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Beta karoten \u0161iroko je rasprostranjeni biljni pigment koji se nalazi u vo\u0107u i povr\u0107u i \u0161titi ko\u017eu od ultraljubi\u010dastog zra\u010denja. Preporu\u010da se njegovo kori\u0161tenje i prije odlaska u solarij. Ima ga u mlijeku i mlije\u010dnim proizvodima, ulju bakalara, naran\u010di, kelju&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vitamin C<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Osim niz drugih pozitivnih karakteristika, znanstvenici tvrde da se vitamin C tako\u0111er suprotstavlja negativnim posljedicama izlaganja suncu. On sprje\u010dava o\u0161te\u0107enja na ko\u017ei, ali ima i va\u017enu ulogu u regeneraciji o\u0161te\u0107ene ko\u017ee. Statistike pokazuju da unos petsto do tisu\u0107u miligrama vitamina C mo\u017ee biti od velike koristi za o\u010duvanje zdravlja ko\u017ee.
